    Abstract: The present invention provides an antibody or antigen-binding portion thereof that can bind to properdin (factor P). The antibody of the current invention leads to selective inhibition of alternative complement pathway while allowing the classical and lectin pathways to continue. Further, the antibody of the present invention may have modified or reduced binding to Fc?Rs to minimize its ADCC activity. The present invention provide an antibody that comprises an amino acid sequence to minimise its CDC activity. The antibody according to the present invention has higher FcRn binding affinity and therefore the antibody according to the present invention may have long circulating half-life in the body of the patient and it can be given at a reduced dosing frequency. The antibody according to the present invention can further be used in the preparation of a drug for treating diseases through inhibition of alternative complement pathway.

Further, the fine-tuned LLM is prompted based on the LLM generated problem statement to determine an LLM generated code for a corresponding test function. The accuracy level of the fine-tuned LLM is determined based on a percentage match between the LLM generated code with the test code for each of the set of test functions.

    Abstract: A log of resource modifications in a cloud computing environment is incrementally transmitted to a threat management facility. The threat management facility can analyze the log, along with related identity information, to determine when additional information might be useful to detect a malicious misconfiguration of cloud resources. The threat management facility can then access additional information through an application programming interface, and the additional information can be used to perform a detection, initiate remediation, and so forth. This approach advantageously permits fast detection of potential threats based on the continuous log reporting, while deferring high-latency API access to the cloud platform (and/or other computationally expensive operations) until appropriate for confirming detections that are raised based on the log.

Each one of the nodes of the graph can be characterized by inherent risks associated with known vulnerabilities and configuration details of the node, as well as a probability of exposure to other nodes based on access and control permissions for those other nodes connected to the node through the graph. In addition, the underlying value or sensitivity of data stored on the node may also be provided. With this data available as context, a probabilistic model for the relevance of threat evidence can then be derived from the graph and used to evaluate the overall riskiness or severity of accumulated evidence of threats to a node in the cloud computing environment.

The resulting identity mapping database can enable improved threat detection in the cloud computing environment, particularly in cases where an attack might otherwise be obscured as a number of low-severity detections associated with different entities. For example, the identity mapping database can facilitate threat scoring for a group of related entities and the detection of attacks that are coordinated among two or more such identities. The identity mapping database may also or instead be used to identify an attacker that hides an attack by switching identities during the attack.

    Abstract: A system and method for detecting cold start user activity anomalies in a cloud computing environment comprise an anomaly detection system collecting historical activity data of users of a plurality of endpoint computers arranged in an account. An average user baseline behavior model is trained for the account from the historical activity data of the users arranged in the account. The anomaly detection system applies the average user baseline behavior model to a cold start user activity and detects an anomaly in response to a comparison between the cold start user activity and the average user baseline behavior model. The anomaly detection system displays an alert based on a determination from the comparison that at least one anomaly of the plurality of anomalies is detected by the cold start user activity deviating from the average user baseline behavior model by a predetermined threshold.

    Abstract: A system is disclosed for assessing or depicting the degree of bone fusion in an area. The system involves receiving three dimensional image data from a patient of a portion of a patient's body. Using the data, the scanned portion of the patient's body is reconstructed. The system permits a user to select a volume within the reconstructed volume which defines a volume of interest. The density of each voxel is detected within the volume of interest. An analysis is conducted on the voxel densities to determine the amount of fusion that has occurred, the higher the density in a prescribed area the greater the amount of fusion that has occurred.
