  • Publication number: 20230112197
Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide an optimal communication channel recommendation engine by assessing whether the environment the customer is situated in is conducive to the channel selected by the customer. Specifically, the optimal channel recommendation engine obtains data artifacts indicative of ambient noise, motion, customer sentiment, network quality, customer focus, and/or the like to assess quality of the environment and recommend an optimal channel for the communication between the customer and the call agent. With the recommendation to switch to a different channel, the client component resumes communication with the new channel and retains the context of the interaction.

  • Patent number: 11625404
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include a method performed by a data intake and query system. The method includes receiving a search query by a search head, defining a search process for applying the search query to indexers, delegating a first portion of the search process to indexers and a second portion of the search process to intermediary node(s) communicatively coupled to the search head and the indexers. The first portion can define a search scope for obtaining partial search results of the indexers and the second portion can define operations for combining the partial search results by the intermediary node(s) to produce a combination of the partial search results. The search head then receives the combination of the partial search results, and outputs final search results for the search query, where the final search results are based on the combination of the partial search results.

  • Patent number: 11627364
Abstract: Systems and methods for skipping a presentation of a portion of segments to catch up to live based on a priority level value is disclosed. For example, a streaming application generates a content item for live streaming where the content item comprises a plurality of segments. In response to determining that playing of the content item lags behind the live streaming of the content item, the streaming application identifies a duration of lag and determines a priority threshold based on the lag. Based on a manifest which includes priority level information, the streaming application determines whether a respective segment needs to be cached. For example, if a priority level for a segment that is within the duration of the lag has a priority level that is higher the priority threshold, then the segment is stored in a cache from a respective network address and is played from the cache.

  • Publication number: 20230107937
Abstract: The present application discloses a zwitterionic polypeptide and a derivative thereof and a nanodrug based thereon. The nanodrugs can be prepared based on the zwitterionic polypeptide or derivatives thereof. The secondary structure of the zwitterionic polypeptide in the nanodrugs has excellent conversion ability before and after drug release, which can accelerate the release of drugs in cells. The prepared nanodrug can be used in tumor targeted therapy to achieve unexpected tumor targeting with excellent capability in blood compatibility, immune recognition escaping, tumor cell internalization and nucleus targeting, and thus reduces the biodistribution of the nanodrug in liver, kidney, spleen, lung, heart and other health organs which have plenty of reticuloendothelial tissues. Consequently, the prepared nanodrug can effectively inhibit tumor growth with low toxicity in vivo.

  • Publication number: 20230106345
Abstract: To print electronic documents from large HTML screens, a user interface component rendered by a computer application on a display device is identified. The user interface component is divided into multiple sub-components. Each sub-component is converted into a respective canvas component resulting in multiple canvas components. A size of each sub-component is selected such that a time taken to convert each sub-component into the respective canvas component is less than a threshold timeout associated with the computer application that rendered the user interface component. The multiple canvas components are converted into a portable document format (PDF) document. The PDF document is displayed on the display device.

  • Publication number: 20230104568
Abstract: In an example, a network controller for an SDN architecture system includes processing circuitry of a central cluster of first one or more compute nodes; a configuration node configured for execution by the processing circuitry; a control node configured for execution by the processing circuitry. The configuration node includes a custom API server to process requests for operations on custom resources for SDN architecture configuration. Each of the custom resources for SDN architecture configuration corresponds to a type of configuration object in the SDN architecture system. The control node, in response to detecting an event on an instance of a first custom resource of the custom resources, obtains configuration data for the instance of the first custom resource and configures a corresponding instance of a configuration object in a workload cluster of second one or more compute nodes. The first and second compute nodes may be distinct.
