  • Patent number: 11741030
Abstract: A physical layer (PHY) is coupled to a serial, differential link that is to include a number of lanes. The PHY includes a transmitter and a receiver to be coupled to each lane of the number of lanes. The transmitter coupled to each lane is configured to embed a clock with data to be transmitted over the lane, and the PHY periodically issues a blocking link state (BLS) request to cause an agent to enter a BLS to hold off link layer flit transmission for a duration. The PHY utilizes the serial, differential link during the duration for a PHY associated task selected from a group including an in-band reset, an entry into low power state, and an entry into partial width state.

  • Patent number: 11738765
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system, and/or computer program product controls a driving mode of a self-driving vehicle (SDV). One or more processors compare a control processor competence level of an on-board SDV control processor in controlling the SDV to a human driver competence level of a human driver in controlling the SDV while the SDV encounters a current roadway condition which is a result of current weather conditions of the roadway on which the SDV is currently traveling. One or more processors then selectively assign control of the SDV to the SDV control processor or to the human driver while the SDV encounters the current roadway condition based on which of the control processor competence level and the human driver competence level is relatively higher to one another.

Abstract: A controller for augmenting reality in a three-dimensional (3D) space includes a memory that stores instructions; and a processor that executes the instructions. The controller controls a display system configured to present virtual objects in the 3D space. When executed by the processor, the instructions cause the controller to perform a process. The process includes detecting a first action by a user relative to an object or a virtual object in the 3D space. The process also includes selectively enabling or disabling a virtual operation member based on detecting the first action between the user and the object or virtual object in the 3D space. • Patent number: 11743356
Abstract: Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing push notifications to a third-party application executing on a client device. An example can include encrypting user credentials, generating a callback Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) with at least a portion of the encrypted credentials embedded into the URL, and requesting notifications from an email service to be provided at the callback URL. Upon receiving a notification at the callback URL, a system component can decrypt the credentials within the URL using a private key and log into the email account using those decrypted credentials. The system component can then generate a push notification based on any changes found in the email account and cause the notification to be delivered to the third-party application on the client device.

  • Publication number: 20230267111
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for data unblocking in application platforms. An application platform may comprise a plurality of systems. A system may store data having a residence period. Upon expiration of the residence period, the data may be blocked from further processing. Data which is blocked may need to then be unblocked. Systems may be leading systems or dependent systems. Data unblocking may be triggered from the leading system to the dependent systems. At runtime, the dependent system may receive a trust token which may be used to verify a calling system as the leading system. If a data unblocking request is called from a dependent system, data unblocking may be prevented.

  • Patent number: 11736565
Abstract: Some embodiments provide a method of providing distributed storage services to a host computer from a network interface card (MC) of the host computer. At the NIC, the method accesses a set of one or more external storages operating outside of the host computer through a shared port of the NIC. In some embodiments, the method accesses the external storage set by using a network fabric storage driver that employs a network fabric storage protocol to access the external storage set. The method presents the external storage as a local storage of the host computer to a set of programs executing on the host computer. In some embodiments, the method presents the local storage by using a storage emulation layer on the NIC to create a local storage construct that presents the set of external storages as a local storage of the host computer.

  • Patent number: 11734408
Abstract: Described embodiments provide systems, methods, non-transitory computer-readable medium for using a single sign-on (SSO) to access an application. A client application on a client device in communication with an identity provider and an application on a remote computing device. The client application can authenticate a user via an identity provider to establish an authentication session. The client application can identify a request to access a uniform resource locator (URL) of the application hosted on the remote computing device. The client application can determine that a configuration of the client application identifies a remapped URL for the URL is available. The client application can access the remapped URL instead of the URL to cause the user to use the authentication session of the identity provider and be redirected from the identity provider to a link of the application on the remote computing device.
