Abstract: A fruit squeezer, comprising: a squeezing section configured such that a fruit is to be pressed thereagainst; a saucer section; a receiving section configured to receive therein fruit juice squeezed by the squeezing section; and a seed removing section formed into a recessed portion in a center portion of the squeezing section, and configured to catch seeds, the seed removing section comprising: an opening portion; a bottom portion; a peripheral wall portion having a tubular shape and connecting the opening portion and the bottom portion to each other; and a plurality of through-holes formed in the bottom portion or the peripheral wall portion or both of the bottom portion and the peripheral wall portion, wherein the seed removing section has a depth larger than a diameter thereof.

Abstract: There is provided a hearing aid suppressing noise or howling caused by rubbing between a case of the hearing aid and an external object, and outputting clear intelligible sound from an earphone. The hearing aid 10 amplifies sound collected by a sound microphone 16 and outputs the amplified sound from the earphone 19. The hearing aid 10 includes the sound microphone 16 configured to collect the sound from outside and convert the sound to an electric signal, a noise microphone 17 configured to collect the noise in a casing of the hearing aid 10 and convert the noise to an electric signal, a subtraction unit 22 configured to subtract a noise microphone electric signal being the electric signal from the noise microphone 17 from a sound microphone electric signal being the electric signal from the sound microphone 16, and the earphone 19 configured to convert an electric signal obtained after the subtraction to sound and output the converted sound.

Abstract: A keypad that provides excellent operability even in a virtual keyboard on a touch panel. The keypad comprises a base body 11, which covers the touch panel, and key tops 12, which are formed at positions corresponding to sensing areas of the touch panel. Each of the key tops 12 is formed to get in contact with the sensing area corresponding to the key top in question by pushing of the key top.

Abstract: A driving apparatus utilizing thermal expansions and contractions including a high-temperature section (1), a low-temperature section (3) facing to the high-temperature section (1) with a certain gap of the gap section (2) there-between, a bimetal section (4) interposed between the high-temperature section (1) and the low-temperature section (3) by fixing at least a part thereof to the gap section (2), a link section (5) attached to a movable portion (4a) of the bimetal section (4) and rotary driving section (6) connected to the link section (5).

Abstract: A movable dental floss comprises an outer floss tensioning member and an inner floss tensioning member. The outer floss tensioning member and the inner floss tensioning member each have a pair of tensioning levers which face each other and a gripping portion, respectively. The gripping portions are connected, at their respective ends, to each other by a rotatable fixing portion so that one of them is swingable relative to the other. The pairs of the inner and outer floss tensioning levers are curved more at positions farther from respective branch portions thereof in a direction of the relative swing of the gripping portions. The pair of inner floss tensioning levers are rotated relative to the pair of outer floss tensioning levers to let the latter move in a direction of the height of teeth for removing contaminant on and between the teeth.
