Abstract: Disclosed is a highly efficient method for production of highly pure mutant-type human erythropoietin. The method is for production of mutant-type human erythropoietin, in which a transformed mammalian cell is allowed to produce the mutant-type human erythropoietin, and the supernatant of the culture is subjected to hydrophobic column chromatography, multimodal anion exchange column chromatography, anion exchange column chromatography, phosphate group affinity column chromatography, and gel filtration column chromatography, in this order.
Abstract: A battery unit mounted on a vehicle, includes: a battery; a first electric junction box electrically connected to the battery; a second electric junction box electrically connected to the battery; and a case accommodating the battery, the first electric junction box, and the second electric junction box. The battery, the first electric junction box, and the second electric junction box are arranged in this order in a vehicle width direction. The first electric junction box is disposed along a side surface of one side of the battery in the vehicle width direction. Abstract: Provided is a highly reliable box-opening device being capable of suppressing failures of a box-opening action regardless of a size of a cardboard box sheet. The box-opening device unfolds a sheet in which first and second side surfaces and third and fourth side surfaces overlap, and forms a square-tube-shaped cardboard box. The box-opening device may have a suction disk to grasp the first side surface, a main arm having suction disks to grasp the fourth side surface and changing a posture while grasping the fourth side surface, and a control part to control a movement of the main arm so that an initial action, in which a gap is formed between the first and second side surfaces and the third and fourth side surfaces, and a main action that follows the initial action, are executed as an action of unfolding the sheet.
Abstract: There is provided an inkjet printing apparatus that can execute a recovery process appropriate for a print head according to a use condition of the inkjet printing apparatus. Therefore a recovery operation is performed based upon both an elapsed time in a non-use state where the printing is not performed and an elapsed time from the previous recovery process.
Abstract: There is provided an inkjet printing apparatus capable of properly determining full capacity of a waste ink tank with less errors. To achieve this, full capacity of the waste ink tank is determined based on an amount of waste ink discharged after a point when a detection pin provided on an absorber in a waste ink tank detects ink and an amount of waste ink discharged over a past predetermined period of time before the point.

Abstract: There is provided an inkjet printing apparatus having a configuration of capping and sucking an ejection opening surface for ejecting a plurality of types of inks by using one cap member, in which the inks in the cap member can be sucked and removed evenly. To achieved this, a cap member is provided with a suction opening for externally discharging ink absorbed by an absorber in the cap member. The suction opening is formed in a position where the suction opening does not face first ejection openings for ejecting ink that may not easily stagnate and faces the second ejection openings for ejecting ink that may easily stagnate in a case where the cap member caps an ejection opening surface.
