Publication number: 20250148266Abstract: The disclosure herein relates to a method and system for time series forecasting incorporating seasonal correlations using scalable architecture. The scalable architecture comprises parallel encoders, a neural network layer and a decoder. The neural network layer is either an attention layer or RNN layer. Each of the encoders and the decoder comprises multiple sequential encoder and decoder units, respectively. The parallel encoders encode seasonal correlations in a time series to generate summary vectors which are then processed along with state of a previous decoder unit by the neural network layer to generate a feature vector whose size is independent of order of seasonality of the time series. The feature vector is then processed by a next decoder unit to forecast a seasonal time series data at a subsequent time step. This process is repeated for all the decoder units to train the deep neural network model for time series forecasting.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 12, 2024Publication date: May 8, 2025Applicant: Tata Consultancy Services LimitedInventors: Avinash ACHAR, Soumen PACHAL, Nancy BHUTANI, Akash DAS, Subhadeep BANIK

Publication number: 20250150395Abstract: In some implementations, an ingress node may receive first traffic from a host device. The ingress node may determine and based on an ingress filter of the ingress node, that traffic from the host device is allowed. The ingress node may select, using a load balancing functionality, and based on determining that traffic from the host device is allowed, a security node, of a plurality of security nodes, to which the ingress node is to forward the first traffic. The ingress node may forward the first traffic to the selected security node. The ingress node may receive, based on forwarding the first traffic, a message that indicates that traffic from the host device is to be blocked. The ingress node may update, using the message, the ingress filter of the ingress node to indicate that traffic from the host device is to be blocked.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 6, 2023Publication date: May 8, 2025Inventors: Umesh MANGLA, Avinash Kumar SINGH, Dilip H. Patent number: 12292978Abstract: A new approach is proposed to support SRAM less bootup of an electronic device. A portion of a cache unit of a processor is utilized as a SRAM to maintain data to be accessed via read and/or write operations for bootup of the electronic device. First, the portion of the cache unit is mapped to a region of a memory, which has not been initialized. The processor reads data from a non-modifiable storage to be used for the bootup process of the electronic device and writes the data into the portion of the cache unit serving as the SRAM. To prevent having to read or write to the uninitialized memory, any read operation to the memory region returns a specific value and any write operation to the memory region is dropped. The processor then accesses the data stored in the portion of the cache unit to bootup the electronic device.Type: GrantFiled: November 2, 2021Date of Patent: May 6, 2025Assignee: Marvell Asia Pte LtdInventors: Ramacharan Sundararaman, Avinash Sodani

Patent number: 12294614Abstract: Disclosed are systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media for providing security postures for a service provided by a heterogenous system. A method for verifying trust by a service node includes receiving a request for a security information of the service node from a client device, wherein the request includes information identifying a service to receive from the service node, identifying a related node to communicate with the service node based on the service, after identifying the related node, requesting a security information of the related node, generating a composite security information from the security information of the service node and the security information of the related node, and sending the composite security information to the client device. The composite security information provides security claims for a service implemented by a heterogenous devices that have different trusted execution environments.Type: GrantFiled: January 25, 2022Date of Patent: May 6, 2025Assignee: Cisco Technology, Inc.Inventors: Eric Voit, Pradeep Kumar Kathail, Avinash Kalyanaraman

Patent number: 12294622Abstract: In a running distributed data storage system that actively processes I/Os, metadata nodes are commissioned and decommissioned without taking down the storage system and without introducing interruptions to metadata or payload data I/O. The inflow of reads and writes continues without interruption even while new metadata nodes are in the process of being added and/or removed and the strong consistency of the system is guaranteed. Commissioning and decommissioning nodes within the running system enables streamlined replacement of permanently failed nodes and advantageously enables the system to adapt elastically to workload changes. An illustrative distributed barrier logic (the “view change barrier”) controls a multi-state process that controls a coordinated step-wise progression of the metadata nodes from an old view to a new normal. Rules for I/O handling govern each state until the state machine loop has been traversed and the system reaches its new normal.Type: GrantFiled: May 3, 2024Date of Patent: May 6, 2025Assignee: Commvault Systems, Inc.Inventors: Lasaro Camargos, Bharat Pundalik Naik, Avinash Lakshman, Deepak Jain
