  • Patent number: 12346392
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for reinforcing and modifying the search engine behavior using aspects of federated learning. A system can receive from a user at a first time, a query for a product, then generate a vector representation of the query, and execute a search of an embedding space for the vector representation, resulting in at least one similarity score for at least one product. The system can present to the user search results based on the at least one similarity score, and receive from the user a selected product from within the search results. The system can update, based on the selected product, the at least one similarity score for the selected product, resulting in at least one updated similarity score, where when the query is received again the search of the embedding space for the vector representation produces the at least one updated similarity score.

  • Patent number: 12341671
Abstract: A method for creating a flow profile is provided. The method identifies a first plurality of flow measurements, each of which corresponding to one of a plurality of flows exchanged between a computing entity and a service during a first time period. The method, for each of a first plurality of buckets each of which has a pair of lower and upper bounds, increments a counter of the corresponding bucket for each of the plurality of flow measurements that falls within the pair of bounds of that bucket. The method generates a second plurality of buckets by merging and splitting at least some of the first plurality of buckets, identifies a second plurality of flow measurements for the computing entity during a second time period, and distributes these measurements into the second plurality of buckets. • Publication number: 20250202806
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques and mechanisms for enabling intent-based application traffic steering in a network. The techniques may enable a controller to resolve affinity in data policies with TLOC lists and user intent. The techniques may enable branches to apply local affinity preference orders and data policies when routing traffic. The techniques enable network administrators to create and apply a single data policy across branches of a network, such that regardless of the number of hubs or the number of branches, the techniques described herein create just one data policy (e.g., a centralized data policy), resulting in significant simplification of the network configuration to be created, managed, and/or deployed.

  • Publication number: 20250202817
Abstract: Techniques for automatically orchestrating routes configured to track behind-the-service endpoints executing in association with service endpoint devices in a service chain. A network controller may be utilized to override a tracker IP address for each HA pair in a service, allowing customers to configure the tracker IP address to be provisioned behind a service they wish to track, such that packets containing the tracker IP address will be forced to go through the service itself, allowing the network to gauge a status of the service (e.g., up, down, etc.). The network controller may be configured to automatically orchestrate a route that causes packets addressed to a service endpoint device hosting a service through an outgoing interface of the endpoint device, into the service, and to a behind-the-service IP address. These techniques may be utilized with tunnel connected services and/or services connected over physical interface(s) (e.g., IPv4 and/or IPv6).

  • Publication number: 20250200504
Abstract: Examples provide for pallet classification and pallet tag text recognition. The system includes a pallet text manager that classifies a type of pallet tag based on detected lines of text in the pallet tag using a classification model. Qualified lines of text are selected from the detected lines of text based on the classification type and corresponding format of the text. Each qualified line of text is associated with a pallet attribute, such as a pallet identifier (ID), an item ID, or a date of creation of the pallet tag. Attribute values from the set of qualified lines of text are paired with location data for the current location of the pallet. The attribute values and the paired location data are saved in a pallet attribute table. The pallet attributes are used to identify the location of pallets in a retail facility with improved accuracy and efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20250202800
Abstract: Techniques are described herein for providing bi-directional path selection based on indicated path preferences in policy data. Such techniques may be performed by a network node and may comprise generating a set of paths to a destination, a first path of the set of paths being labeled as a direct path and a second path of the set of paths being labeled as an indirect path. Such techniques may subsequently comprise receiving a communication from a source and directed to the destination, determining, based on a first indicated path preference for the destination and a second indicated path preference for the source, a path category, selecting a forwarding path as one of the first path or the second path based on the determined path category, and routing the communication to a next hop in the selected forwarding path.

  • Patent number: 12335165
Abstract: Approaches, techniques, and mechanisms are disclosed for efficiently buffering data units within a network device. A traffic manager or other network device component receives Transport Data Units (“TDUs”), which are sub-portions of Protocol Data Units (“PDUs”). Rather than buffer an entire TDU together, the component divides the TDU into multiple Storage Data Units (“SDUs”) that can fit in SDU buffer entries within physical memory banks. A TDU-to-SDU Mapping (“TSM”) memory stores TSM lists that indicate which SDU entries store SDUs for a given TDU. Physical memory banks in which the SDUs are stored may be grouped together into logical SDU banks that are accessed together as if a single bank. The TSM memory may include a number of distinct TSM banks, with each logical SDU bank having a corresponding TSM bank. Techniques for maintaining inter-packet and intra-packet linking data compatible with such buffers are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 12333488
Abstract: Systems and methods of analyzing on-shelf price tag labels and products at a product storage facility include an image capture device that captures one or more images of one or more product storage structures at a product storage facility. A computing device communicatively coupled to the image capture device analyzes the images of the product storage structures captured by the image capture device and detects individual price tag labels and individual products located on the product storage structure. Based on the detection of the price tag labels and the products, the computing device also defines separate product storage spaces of the product storage structure, determines which price tag labels are allocated to which of the separate product storage spaces, and associates in a database the price tag labels allocated to the product storage spaces with the products stored in those product storage spaces.
