The front and rear panels each have a tear line with a first end and a second end, the first and second ends being adjacent to and spaced apart from the first peripheral side edge. The first and second ends of each tear line being spaced part. The tear lines extend over the front and rear panels but remain spaced from the second side edge margin. Each tear line defines a respective tear out section on the front and rear panels. The tear out sections are joined along the first side edge margin and are configured to be removed to create a second bag opening.

    Abstract: A receptacle liner for gripping the receptacle and method of making. A liner may be formed by one or more panels including at least one resilient segment extending from a bottom to a top of the liner. The liner segment can be coextruded so that the resilient segment is made from resilient material and other portions of the liner are made from another material that is less resilient. When the liner is placed in a receptacle, the liner can be expanded by resiliently stretching the resilient segment so that the liner may apply a gripping force to the receptacle. The liner can include gusseted side panels. A mouth can be formed as a recess in the top ends of front and rear panels and extend through the gusseted side panels to define handle portions and form apertures in the handle portions that open to the mouth.

    Abstract: A fixture, system, and method for coating a glove with a coating material are described. A fixture includes a support member and a clamping member movable relative to the support member to a closed position. The clamping member is configured to be at least partially received in a cuff of the glove. In the closed position, the cuff is captured between the clamping member and the support member. In this configuration, a majority of an external surface of the glove is exposed for being coated. A glove-coating system can include one or more fixtures on a conveyor that move the fixture around various processing stages of the glove-coating system. In certain methods of coating a glove, coating material is applied to the glove while the glove is suspended from the fixture. The coated glove can be removed from the fixture without being everted.

The support walls are resilient and have self-retaining forms in vertical section including middle sections curving outwardly away from one another when mounted on a bag. Top portions of the support walls extend outwardly away from one another to form gripping panels when the closure is closed. A die head for forming a closure member includes a body that defines a slot including a support wall segment for forming the support wall of the closure member. The support wall segment includes first and second portions oriented transverse to one another and intersecting at a vertex. To form the closure member, polymer is extruded through the slot and quenched.

The projections of the closure members are configured for interlocking and sealing engagement when the zipper is closed. At least one of the projections on one of the closure members is in one embodiment made of a softer material than at least one of the other projections. In some embodiments, the soft projection(s) are not configured for close tolerance fit with complementary mating projections. In some embodiments, the closure is used in combination with a slider. The closure can include deformations for providing tactile or audible feedback against movement of the slider. The closure can include slider rails at a top edge margin to minimize the size of the slider.
