  • Patent number: 12268577
Abstract: Embodiments of negative pressure wound therapy systems and methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a driving circuit that supplies a driving signal to a negative pressure source to cause the negative pressure source to provide negative pressure via a fluid flow path to a wound dressing. The apparatus furthers include a controller that adjusts a frequency of the driving signal supplied by the driving circuit according to a comparison of a previous magnitude and a subsequent magnitude of the driving signal while the negative pressure source provides negative pressure. The transfer of power to the negative pressure source can thereby be tuned to maximize an amount of power transferred to the negative pressure source.

  • Patent number: 12270398
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are disclosed of compressor assemblies including lower covers having mounting feet skirts configured for increasing mounting feet stiffness and provide better resistance to crack formation due to vibration, e.g., in mobile and transport applications, etc. The mounting feet skirts may comprise full, rounded, and/or radiused skirts disposed along or around the entire end portions of the mounting feet near the mounting holes (e.g., bolt holes, etc.) in the mounting feet. Using full, rounded, and/or radiused skirts avoids or eliminates sharp corners, such as the sharp corner fillet features of conventional lower covers that are prone to having cracks form due to vibration while in transit.

Abstract: A computing system for a plurality of classes of audio events is provided, including one or more processors configured to divide a run-time audio signal into a plurality of segments and process each segment of the run-time audio signal in a time domain to generate a normalized time domain representation of each segment. The processor is further configured to feed the normalized time domain representation of each segment to an input layer of a trained neural network. The processor is further configured to generate, by the neural network, a plurality of predicted classification scores and associated probabilities for each class of audio event contained in each segment of the run-time input audio signal. In post-processing, the processor is further configured to generate smoothed predicted classification scores, associated smoothed probabilities, and class window confidence values for each class for each of a plurality of candidate window sizes.

  • Publication number: 20250107780
Abstract: Ultrasound (US) modules and methods in US image-guided systems for thermal ablation are provided, which utilize regular two-dimensional (2D) B mode US images to evaluate in real-time the damage achieved by the thermal ablation, including the prediction of tissue damage immediately after completion of the thermal ablation procedure, as well as the expected damage after 24 hours. Three-dimensional (3D) biotrace map (BTM) representation(s) may be constructed from the received US images by applying deep neural networks (DNN) to segment tissue damage in US frames, and present the damage to the user in 3D and/or in virtual sections through the BTM representation(s). Using regular 2D US probes allows much flexibility in operating the US probe and imaging the target successfully, while the construction of the 3D BTM representation(s) enables accumulating, updating and analyzing the volume data to provide a full and updating representation of the ablation procedure.
