  • Patent number: 11043017
Abstract: A 3-dimensional image is displayed in high resolution colors by generating a 3-dimensional model as a triangular mesh, converting the mesh into a grid of voxels, and assigning attribute values to a portion of the voxels. Laplacian interpolation based on the portion of the voxels is applied for iteratively calculating interpolated attribute values of other voxels. The voxels are rendered as a colored image according to the attribute values on a display.

  • Publication number: 20210137488
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for medical procedures include receiving a first ultrasound slice from an ultrasound transducer, the first ultrasound slice corresponding to a first ultrasound position. A second ultrasound slice is received from the ultrasound transducer, the second ultrasound slice corresponding to a second ultrasound position. The first ultrasound slice and the second ultrasound slice are stored in memory. A first catheter position of a catheter is received. The first catheter position is determined to correspond to the first ultrasound position and the first ultrasound slice is provided based on the determination. The determination that the first catheter position corresponds to the first ultrasound position may be made based on locations, orientations, or may be based on the number of voxels that overlap between the first catheter position and ultrasound positions.

A first cluster of points is identified from the plurality of points, based on the first electrical activity, the first cluster of points each exhibiting electrical activity above an activity threshold. A second electrical activity is received at a second time for the plurality of points on the intra-body surface. A second cluster of points is identified from the plurality of points, based on the second electrical activity. The first cluster of points and the second cluster of points are determined to be related based on a propagation threshold. • Patent number: 10962437
Abstract: In some embodiments, data from a vehicle-borne gas leak detection survey are used to generate an aggregate leak indication search area (LISA) indicator for a plurality of leak indications (measurement peaks) characterizing a single leak or localized set of leaks. A clustering algorithm (e.g. Markov, DBScan) may be used to group a set of indications into a cluster characterizing the leak. Leak indications may be pre-filtered for quality control before assignment to a cluster according to a number of parameters including background gas level, inter-peak distance, peak shape, wind speed, wind direction and/or variability, vehicle speed and/or acceleration, and/or a lower detection threshold for leak flow rate.

  • Patent number: 10952795
Abstract: As part of a real-time three-dimensional (3D) cardiac imaging system and method, anatomical data of a cardiac structure may be acquired and a 3D model of the cardiac structure may be generated. Visual data relevant to a cardiac procedure may be generated, such as location and orientation of a catheter, tags, points, color-coded temperature information, and/or color-coded local activation times (LAT) for the cardiac structure. The visual data superimposed on the 3D model of the cardiac structure may be visually displayed on a visual display device. A glass state view may be generated by generating a modified set of the visual data that includes removing at least a portion of the visual data that obscures a view of an anatomical feature of interest and/or the catheter, and adding edge enhancement to the cardiac structure. The glass state view may be requested to be visually displayed on the visual display device.
