It may include a head band that may connect to the two ear loops of a mask. A head band may include a strap and a connector near each end of a strap which may be removably or even permanently attached to a surgical mask. A head band may go around the back of the head perhaps so that a pull from the mask may occur on the back of the head and not on the ears and may avoid the ear pull in a forward and downward direction.
