Abstract: Systems and methods provide for authenticating a user attempting to make a payment using a piezoelectric device are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, the piezoelectric device can be embedded on a credit card, debit card, or other form of payment card and signals generated by the piezoelectric device can be used to authenticate the user when making the payment. For example, the user can squeeze or manipulate the piezoelectric device in a specific predetermined pattern and the resulting electric charge or induced current generated by the piezoelectric device can facilitate transmitting a signal to a point of sale device, and the point of sale device can authenticate the user based on the signal. In other embodiments, the piezoelectric device can contain circuitry and/or logic that can authenticate the user and send a confirmation signal to the point of sale device to authenticate the payment.

Abstract: A management system of a computing device provides enhanced functionality via selectable icons (e.g., tiles), presented on a home screen, that may be overlaid to perform overlay operations such as data transfer, payment, and/or granting of certain authorizations or permissions. Users are able to more readily perform cross-application and/or cross-entity operations via, for example, the operating system of a computing device without needing to engage with as many entities (or applications thereof). Tile overlay operations may be managed and reviewed via an application.

Abstract: A disclosed data exchange cloud computer system includes a plurality of cloud servers. Each cloud server of the plurality of cloud-servers is operative to: provide an application programming interface operative to establish a plurality of links to a plurality of agency computer systems, where the links enable data exchange between the plurality of agency computer systems; and provide configurable state machines, operative to facilitate data exchange between the plurality of agency computer systems.

Abstract: A snowmobile includes a chassis, at least one ski, and a skid frame that includes one or more slide rails extending longitudinally, rear idler wheels, upper idler wheels, and a rear suspension. The rear suspension may further include a flexible, composite member, a rear shock connected between the one or more slide rails and the upper cross member, a rear shock link, a rear cross member connected between the one or more slide rails and a lower shock pivot member pivotally connected to the rear cross member. The rear shock is connected to a rear portion of the lower shock pivot member and the rear shock link is connected via a spherical pivot joint to a forward end of the lower shock pivot member. The flexible, composite member is coupled at a first end to the one or more slide rails and at a second end to the chassis.

Abstract: The application relates to an aerosol provision device. The device comprises a body, a mouthpiece and an attachment means. The body comprises a chamber formed in the body and configured to partially receive an article comprising an aerosol-generating material such that a portion of the article protrudes from the body. The mouthpiece comprises a passage circumscribed by a wall, the passage configured to receive the protruding portion of the article. The attachment means is configured to removably attach the mouthpiece to the body and bring the mouthpiece into engagement with the body, and the protruding portion of the article contacts the wall of the passage when the mouthpiece is engaged with the body.

Abstract: A charging apparatus is provided. The charging apparatus includes a first power source; a first device for supplying electrical power to a non-combustible aerosol provision device; and a second device for receiving electrical power from an external power source. In a first mode of operation, the charging apparatus is arranged to supply electrical power to one or more aerosol generators of a non-combustible aerosol provision device.

Abstract: A recreational vehicle may include a track drive protector attached to a bottom-out protector. The track drive protector is configured to mate with the bottom-out protector. A recreational vehicle may further or alternatively include a secondary skid plate attached to the skid plate. The secondary skid plate is configured to mate with the skid plate and/or the forward frame assembly. The track drive protector and the secondary skid plate may provide additional support to the vehicle, help deflect debris away from the underside of the vehicle, and/or absorb impact forces when the vehicle strikes an object.

Abstract: A composite running board for a snow vehicle includes a first side rail a first side rail positionable along an outboard side of a side panel of a snowmobile tunnel and a second side rail positionable outboard of the first side rail adjacent a support member. The second side rail defines one or more retaining features that are engageable with the support member. One or more cross members extend from the first side rail to the second side rail. The first side rail, the second side rail, and the cross members comprise a fiber reinforced polymer.

Abstract: A snow vehicle includes a vehicle body and a member. The vehicle body includes a forward frame and a tunnel. The member includes a tubular support and a first end secured to the forward frame. The forward frame includes a tube extending downward and rearward from a steering column mount. The tube of the forward frame is secured with the tubular support to define a continuous tube extending from the steering column mount to the member.

Abstract: A side-shift fork carriage for a material handling machine includes a frame; a first shuttle comprising a first fork attachment member for receiving a first fork; a first fork actuator operable to side-shift the first shuttle relative to the frame; a second shuttle comprising a second fork attachment member for receiving a second fork; and, a second fork actuator operable to side-shift the second shuttle relative to the frame, wherein the first and second fork actuators are operable in a first mode in which the position of the first and second shuttles are side-shifted to alter the lateral distance therebetween, and a second mode in which the first and second shuttles are shifted unidirectionally with the lateral distance therebetween remaining constant.

A first member extends forward from the body, the first member positioned along the inboard surface of the side panel of the tunnel. The first flange extends outboard from the first member. The first flange extends outboard from the side panel to support an inboard portion of a running board. In some embodiments, the support bracket may include a second member and a second flange. The second member extends rearward from the body and is positioned along the inboard surface of the side panel adjacent to an underside of an upper panel of the tunnel. The second flange extends inboard from the second member and is positioned along the underside of the upper panel. The second flange may support one or more components on an exterior surface of the upper panel.

Abstract: A system for extending an intelligent line of credit to aggregate financial transactions initiated via a plurality of payment devices associated with a user and methods for making and utilizing the same. The system can determine a first line of credit in real time at initiation of a first financial transaction with a third party via a first payment device, a first credit line amount of the first line of credit being based upon a first financial transaction amount of the first financial transaction. Based upon receipt of a credit authorization from the first payment device, the system can associate the first line of credit with the first payment device and transfer a payment in the first credit line amount from the first line of credit to the third party. The system advantageously can complete the first financial transaction with the third party via the first line of credit.
