  • Publication number: 20120230535
Abstract: An electronic device includes a jack electrically connecting an outer speaker, a power controller, an audio generator electrically connecting the jack and the power controller, and an inner speaker. The inner speaker includes a housing, a magnet, a vibrating element, and a first electromagnetic inducting coil. The magnet and the vibrating element are configured in the housing. The vibrating element electrically connects the audio generator via the jack to be vibrated relatively to the magnet for sounding. The first electromagnetic inducting coil is configured on the vibrating element and electrically connected to the power controller to generate electricity induced by a magnetic field of the magnet. A power storage is charged by the electricity via the power controller. Through the jack and the power controller, the power storage is charged by electricity generated by a second electromagnetic inducting coil of the outer speaker.

  • Publication number: 20120156942
Abstract: A plug is used for connecting a first speaker. The first speaker includes a first magnet, a first vibrating element, and a first electromagnetic inductor. The first vibrating element vibrates relatively to the first magnet for sounding. The first electromagnetic inductor generates electricity induced by a magnetic field of the first magnet. The plug includes a first audio terminal, a pair of first power terminals, and a ground terminal. The first audio terminal is used for electrically connecting the first vibrating element. The pair of first power terminals is used for electrically connecting the first electromagnetic inductor, so as to output the electricity generated by the first electromagnetic inductor. • Patent number: 8180089
Abstract: An earphone including a case, a case extension unit, a plate, a cover, a first speaker and a second speaker is provided. The first speaker is disposed on a supporting portion of the plate and is disposed on a first plane different from a second plane where the second speaker is located. A distance exits in the position of the first speaker and the position of the second speaker corresponding to a direction of the sound from the earphone to the user who wears the earphone. The distance variation can make the sound field have more special effects and have better frequency response in some frequency domain. The distance variation can also avoid the interference of different sound fields generated by the speakers inside the earphone, and thus improves the performance of the whole sound field.

  • Patent number: 8041067
Abstract: An earphone structure including one or more composite chambers is described. Each of the composite chambers includes sub-speakers. The sounds generated by these sub-speakers are uniformly distributed in the composite chamber and a composite sound field is generated by these sub-speakers. The sound field generated by each of these sub-speakers can be adjusted by re-locating the position of the sub-speaker, for example, by re-locating the sub-speaker, or by re-locating the sub-speaker in different angles, to generate the composite sound field. The sound field generated by the main speaker and the composite sound field generated by these sub-speakers can form a spatial sound with very good quality. By using of its physical characteristics of locations of these sub-speakers, the sound generated by the earphone has an uniformly diffusion sound pressure and a surround effect, which allows a user of the earphone to enjoy a sound field similar to that in a theater.

  • Patent number: 7817814
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multiple channel earphone of small volume. In the earphone structure, a chamber tube with an adjusting hole or a set of adjusting holes is provided. The sound pressure of the chamber tube is naturally released without affected the performance of the main chamber sound field. When the external speaker connected to the chamber tube generates a large sound pressure, the sound pressure released naturally by the adjusting hole or a set of adjusting holes is increased accordingly, so that the sound pressure produced by the external speaker connected to the chamber tube is controlled by the main chamber.

  • Patent number: 7697710
Abstract: An earphone with a sound guiding tube is provided. The sound guiding tube has an external chamber beside the ear. Compared with a conventional earphone which transmits sound directly into the ear, the earphone of the present invention has a external chamber which forms sound field outside the ear and then transmits the sound into the ear through a sound guiding tube in a particular angle. The earphone of the invention is suitable for stereo sound source or multiple-channel sound sources and will reduce damage caused by wearing the earphone for a long time.

  • Patent number: 7684583
Abstract: An earphone with adjustable volume of a front chamber between a speaker and a housing is provided, which includes a speaker unit, a housing and a movable element. The speaker unit is disposed within the housing, and the housing includes an earplug formation formed in front of the speaker unit. A chamber within the earplug formation has a volume, and the movable element is disposed on the housing and moves correspondingly with the chamber, so as to adjust the volume of the chamber. Therefore, the frequency response of the sound sent by the speaker unit varies depending upon the variation of the volume of the chamber.

  • Publication number: 20100054508
Abstract: A digital wireless earphone device with stereo or multiple-channel sound effect automatic detection and switching functions is provided. The multiple-channel digital wireless earphone device uses a signal processing and transmitting device to decode multiple-channel signal sources. After the decoding is completed, the multiple-channel signal sources are concurrently transmitted to a wireless earphone end through a radio. After being directly digital-to-analog converted and amplified, the multiple-channel signals are connected to a plurality of speakers to generate a multiple-channel surround sound field. The wireless earphone at a receiving end further has an automatic detection function for detecting a 6CH or 2CH sound source and automatically selects an earphone playing mode accordingly.
