    Abstract: A mosaic distributed combined interval magnetization method includes: arranging a magnetization module including magnetic sources disposed at both ends of a yoke and having opposite magnetic properties; arranging a magnetic sensor disposed between the two magnetic sources, where the magnetic sensor is used to detect changes in a direction of a magnetic field of the test piece under detection; wrapping the yoke and the magnetic source to form a non-metallic wrapped structure of a detection component, where the magnetization module is divided into a first magnetization module and a second magnetization module which is symmetrically disposed about a center of the first magnetization module. The method solves the problem of inaccurate detection signals caused by defect diversity, thereby ensuring that defect classification and defect quantification will not occur during subsequent data analysis, which otherwise leads to problems such as unclear defect classification and inaccurate defect quantification.

    Abstract: A pipeline in-line inspection tool based on distributed magnetic uniformity sensing includes a mobile carrier and a probe inspection assembly. The mobile carrier moves in a pipeline, a plurality of probe inspection assemblies are arranged on an outer side of the mobile carrier, and the plurality of probe inspection assemblies are distributed in sequence along an axis of the mobile carrier. The probe inspection assembly includes a plurality of elastic inspection ends, and the plurality of elastic inspection ends are distributed and arranged around the axis of the mobile carrier. The elastic inspection end is provided with an excitation structure, an inspection component and a wear-resistant structure. During inspection, the elastic inspection end is in abutment with an inner wall of the pipeline, the pipeline is magnetized through the excitation structure, and pipeline defects in magnetized areas are detected through the inspection component.

The first comparator circuit is connected to the first sample-and-hold circuit and the reference voltage generation circuit, and outputs a first level signal based on the first analog voltage and the reference voltage. The first output circuit samples the first level signal based on a second control signal, and outputs a first computation result that meets the first computation precision.

    Abstract: A rotary earhanger structure of a wireless earphone includes an earhanger unit and a movable connection sleeve rotationally connected therewith. One end of the earhanger unit includes a first inclined surface portion extending obliquely in a preset rotational direction. The movable connection sleeve has a second inclined surface portion cooperatively connected with the first inclined surface portion. The movable connection sleeve is connected with an elastic member for driving the movable connection sleeve in a direction close to the earhanger unit. The external force rotates the earhanger unit in the preset rotating direction to adjust the wearing angle. When the earhanger unit is not subjected to the external force, the movable connection sleeve moves in the direction close to the earhanger unit under the force of the elastic member, so that the automatic reset function after the earhanger rotation is realized, thereby simplifying user operation and improving user experience.

    Abstract: This application discloses a conductive paste, a preparation method thereof. The conductive paste comprises: a thermoplastic polyurethane, conductive particles, and an organic solvent, the thermoplastic polyurethane and the conductive particles being proportionally mixed in the organic solvent, and the thermoplastic polyurethane being dispersed in the form of particles among the conductive particles. A thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is used as a binder, and the conductive particles are mixed in the organic solvent containing the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. The conductive particles ensure the conductivity of the conductive film prepared using the conductive paste. The thermoplastic polyurethane has strong adhesion ability, and is suitable for use on the surface of most substrates, to form a conductive film with good adhesion and no cracking.
