    Abstract: A comparator offset voltage self-correction circuit is disclosed. A comparator offset voltage which is caused by the semiconductor process parameter randomness also has randomness. Due to the randomness of the comparator offset voltage, a reference voltage of a parallel comparator in a parallel-conversion-type analog-to-digital converter is uncertain. If the comparator offset voltage is large, the parallel-conversion-type analog-to-digital converter may even have a functional error. The comparator offset voltage self-correction circuit provided in the present invention can correct a random offset voltage of a comparator to meet requirements.

    Abstract: A circuit structure for improving the harmonic suppression capability of a radio frequency power amplifier includes an output stage unit, a high-order harmonic suppression unit, and a low-order harmonic suppression unit. The output stage unit outputs a signal to be subjected to harmonic suppression; the high-order harmonic suppression unit comprises a first filter capacitor and a back hole, and is used for suppressing fifth or higher harmonics; the output stage unit and the first filter capacitor are connected to the ground in series by means of the back hole; the low-order harmonic suppression unit is connected to the output stage unit to suppress second, third and fourth harmonics. According to the design, the high-harmonic suppression capability of the radio frequency power amplifier is improved.

The aluminum alloy includes from about 4 wt % to about 11 wt % silicon, from greater than 0.2 wt % to about 0.5 wt % chromium, from about 0.1 wt % to about 0.5 wt % magnesium, from about 0.01 wt % to about 0.1 wt % titanium, equal to or less than about 0.5 wt % iron, equal to or less than about 0.5 wt % manganese, and a balance of aluminum. The aluminum alloy is subjected to a solution heat treatment. The aluminum alloy is quenched, and the aluminum alloy is age hardened at an age hardening temperature ranging from about 140° C. to 175° C. for a time period ranging from about 3 hours to about 35 hours.
