    Abstract: A wake-up circuit for a charge controller is provided, which includes a first-stage charging circuit and a second-stage charging circuit. The first-stage charging circuit includes a first capacitor. When an input terminal of the first-stage charging circuit receives a high level signal and the first capacitor is in a partially charged state, the first-stage charging circuit charges the first capacitor and outputs a first charging voltage to the second-stage charging circuit. When the input terminal of the first-stage charging circuit receives a low level signal, the first-stage charging circuit discharges the first capacitor.
