  • Publication number: 20110262286
Abstract: A suction device comprises a first element, a second element, and an intermediate element. The first element comprises a first control volume having a first pressure. The second element comprises a second control volume having a second pressure. The intermediate element is controlled by the first pressure of the first control volume of the first element and the second pressure of the second control volume of the second element. When the first control volume of the first element is varied, the varied first control volume of the first element can substantially have the first pressure under automatic pressure compensation by the second pressure of the second control volume of the second element via the intermediate element.

  • Publication number: 20080020460
Abstract: The present invention is related to a method for storing melanocytes. The melanocytes suspension of the present invention can be stored at a temperature range from 4° C. to 22.5° C., wherein the storage temperature for baby melanocytes suspension ranges from 4° C. to 15° C. The viability of the cells after 48 hours of storage at such temperature range is at least 71% of that of the pre-stored cells. The storage temperature for adult melanocytes suspension ranges from 10° C. to 22.5° C. The viability of the cells after 24 hours of storage at such temperature range is at least 72% of that of the pre-stored cells. Meanwhile, storage of the melanocytes at such temperature range prevents the aggregation of the melanocytes. The melanocytes suspension can be used for the treatment of leukoderma as well as other conditions that result from the lack of melanocytes.

  • Publication number: 20050032735
Abstract: A method for regulating the skin and hair color in a post-natal mammalian by preparing a recombinant vector in which an agouti-encoding DNA segment is positioned under the control of a promoter and introducing the recombinant vector into skin cells of the mammalian. The recombinant vector carrying the genes expresses related proteins after they are introduced to most mammalian cells.
