The multi-stage adjusting damping valve comprises a throttle valve, an overflow valve and a multi-stage pilot valve. The multi-stage pilot valve comprises a mechanical regulating valve and a plurality of high-speed switch electromagnetic valves having different throttle hole diameters. The damping valve is connected between a rod cavity and an oil storage cavity of the shock absorber by means of a middle cavity, and the multi-stage damping rapid regulation of the shock absorber is achieved through high-frequency opening and closing of a high-speed switching electromagnetic valve, and in comparison, the machining precision, the manufacturing cost and the control and calibration difficulty of the present disclosure are greatly reduced.

Meanwhile, due to high-efficiency catalysis and specific recognition, the E6 type DNAzymes make the matrix processing rapid and accurate.

According to the present invention, firstly, extraction of change pattern spots is performed by using SAR images, and then, the change pattern spots are classified, such that a problem that an optical image cannot be acquired in time is avoided, and meanwhile, manpower and material resources needed by field check are greatly reduced through the automatic extraction method. In addition, according to the implementation of the present invention, firstly, an SAR image coherence sequence diagram is calculated and acquired, and a requirement of true change pattern spot extraction is further divided by using a coherence coefficient, improving accuracy of a change pattern spot extraction result; and further, extracted change detection results are classified by using a high-resolution SAR image.

    Abstract: This application discloses a method and system for DNA storage data reconstruction based on a non-redundant de Bruijn graph. The method includes the following steps: grouping DNA sequences with a Levenshtein distance less than or equal to a set threshold into the same clustering subgraph; connecting nodes with the smallest Levenshtein distance between DNA sequences, where the node with the highest degree represents the backbone sequence of the clustering subgraph; using the backbone sequence as a template sequence for sequencing data alignment to construct a beam search graph; performing error correction and selecting the optimal path using a beam search algorithm to obtain a consensus sequence; constructing a non-redundant De Bruijn graph; deleting nodes connected by edges with weights below a set threshold; selecting paths based on node information in the non-redundant De Bruijn graph and the consensus sequence; and sequence obtained after path selection is the reconstructed sequence.
