The main controller is coupled to the relay, and in a case where the air conditioner outdoor unit is in a standby state, the main controller is configured to control the relay to turn off; and in a case where the air conditioner outdoor unit is in a working state, the main controller is configured to control the relay to turn on.

According to the method, the control entity can send, to the ingress node of the SR path by using the BGP update message, the metric information that represents the quality of the SR path.

According to the difference in information carried by low-frequency coefficients and high-frequency coefficients of an image, different sampling rates are set for the low-frequency coefficients and the high-frequency coefficients of the image, which can effectively improve the reconstruction quality of a decrypted image. The decrypted image obtained by the present disclosure has higher quality than the decrypted image generated by the existing scheme, and a better visual effect and more complete original image information can be obtained.

The hot spot determination signals are configured to determine formation of the hot spots on the brake disc. By separating the mixed vibration signal generated when the brake disc is braked, the multiple separated vibration signals can be obtained. Each of the multiple separated vibration signals is screened to obtain the hot spot determination signal that reflect whether the hot spots are formed on the brake disc, and the hot spot early warning result is reliable. The early warning method can effectively improve the accuracy of hot spot early warning for brake discs.

Transient stability tags and steady-state data of the electric power system before a failure occurs are collected from transient stability simulation data. Data sets under different predetermined failures are obtained based on a statistical result of the transient stability tags and a maximum-minimum method. A similarity evaluation index between different predetermined failures is constructed based on a Jaccard distance and a Hausdorff distance. Different predetermined failures are clustered based on a clustering algorithm. A parameters-shared siamese neural network is trained for different predetermined failures in each cluster to obtain a multi-task siamese neural network for the transient stability assessment.
