The method for manufacturing an encapsulation substrate includes providing an initial substrate having first and second surfaces oppositely arranged along a thickness direction thereof; processing the initial substrate to form a blind hole extending through a part of the initial substrate in the thickness direction; forming a first connection electrode in the blind hole, and forming a first signal trace on the first surface; thinning the initial substrate from a side of the second surface to form a dielectric substrate and expose the first connection electrode; forming a second signal trace on a side of the dielectric substrate away from the first signal trace such that one of the first and second signal traces is electrically connected to the chip; the other one is electrically connected to the printed circuit board.

Systems and methods are disclosed that determine a bounding shape (e.g., a minimum-area bounding rectangle) for an object and/or a point set associated with the object. In some examples, to determine the bounding shape, the systems and methods may rotate points from the point set to include various orientations. The systems and methods may then determine a respective bounding shape for one or more (e.g., each) orientation of the points and use the bounding shapes to determine a final bounding shape for the points. For example, the bounding shape that is associated with the smallest area may be selected for the points. The bounding shape may then be rotated by an angle in order to determine a final bounding shape for the object.

The signal converting circuit is configured to convert voltage signals corresponding to respective phases of multiphase alternating current (AC) power monitored from a motor. The processor is configured to receive the converted voltage signals from the signal converting circuit, and configured to calculate, based on the converted voltage signals, one or more phase angles between the respective voltage signals. The processor is configured to determine that phase loss occurs if any one or more of the calculated phase angles deviate from a nominal value of a corresponding phase angle of the multiphase AC power by a value higher than a predetermined threshold. The phase loss detection can be performed in a convenient, effective and reliable way.

    Abstract: A spliced screen and a display terminal are disclosed. In the spliced screen, a structural component is disposed on two adjacent display panels and covers a splicing gap between the two adjacent display panels. A lamp plate is disposed on a surface of the structural component. When the spliced screen displays an image, a plurality of luminescent bodies disposed on the lamp plate close to the display panels also emit light, thereby preventing black strips from appearing on the image. In the spliced screen, a viewing angle of the display panels and a viewing angle of the lamp plate are same, so that a brightness of the display panels and a brightness of the lamp plates are same when the spliced screen is viewed from a lateral side. As such, display quality is improved.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for mitigating memory die misalignment are described. A memory system may receive a command to write data to a memory device including a memory die. The memory system may determine whether the data indicated by the command (e.g., a first set of data) satisfies a threshold size. If the first set of data satisfies the threshold size, the memory system may determine whether data currently in a write buffer aligns with a boundary of the memory die. For example, depending on the data currently in the buffer, adding the first set of data to the buffer may result in die misalignment for the first set of data. To mitigate die misalignment, the memory system may pad data (e.g., add dummy data) to the write buffer, such that the padding aligns the data with the die boundary.

According to the present disclosure, more accurate abnormality analysis of double-layer oil film lubrication can be realized.
