    Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a panoramic sea view monitoring method, said method including: aligning any two adjacent monitoring cameras among a plurality of monitoring cameras, so that the any two adjacent monitoring cameras are located on the same physical horizontal plane in a field of view; obtaining monitoring images by using the plurality of aligned monitoring cameras and a depth-of-field camera to monitor a panoramic sea view; determining a horizontal spacing parameter and a vertical spacing parameter of the any two adjacent monitoring cameras; and using the horizontal spacing parameter and the vertical spacing parameter to combine the monitoring images in a pairwise manner, so as to construct a two-dimensional scene. The present invention also provides a panoramic sea view monitoring device, a server and a system. The present invention can reduce the complexity of the system while reducing the cost.

The lens structure can be used to make dual-purpose eyeglasses with sunglasses and 3D glasses functions. Any one of the quarter wave plate layer and the linear polarizing plate layer can be disposed at the outer side away from the user's eyes by adjusting the orientation of the lens of the present invention. When the linear polarizing plate layer is located at the outer side away from the user's eyes, the optical axis of the linear polarizing plate layer is in the vertical direction. Then a second plasma containing H2 is utilized to remove fluorine compound on the surface of the semiconductor substrate. Since the fluorine residue formed after the first plasma treatment reacts with the second plasma to form a gaseous product HF, the fluorine element can be taken away from the semiconductor device with the HF, which prevents inversion layer offset and gate current leakage occurred in the subsequent processing steps due to the fluorine element.
