    Abstract: A static random-access memory (SRAM) circuit and associated read operation method and write operation method are provided. The SRAM circuit includes memory units arranged in M columns and N rows, M bit lines, N row-voltage selection lines, N word lines, and a control circuit. The control circuit includes a controller, a voltage source, a voltage selection module, a word-line driving module, and a bit-line driving module. The voltage source provides a first voltage and a second voltage. When the control circuit performs access to the memory unit located in the mth column and the nth row, the voltage selection module transmits one of the first voltage and the second voltage to an nth row-voltage selection line. The voltage selection module transmits the second voltage to the other (N-1) row-voltage selection lines. The variables M, N, m, and n are positive integers.

The second mold assembly includes a light transmitting area corresponding to the molding cavity, so that the molding cavity will receive incident light through the light transmitting area. In the molding die, the first mold assembly, the second mold assembly, and the mold core cooperate to form the molding cavity, adhesive is injected into the molding cavity, and the molding cavity receives incident light through the light transmitting area, so that curing efficiency of the adhesive is improved, production efficiency is high, shape of molded adhesive is uniform, and product quality is improved.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of bed frame structures, and in particular, to a novel detachable bed frame assembly mechanism. The novel detachable bed frame assembly mechanism includes a bed frame body. The bed frame body includes an outer frame, an inner frame, and two sets of wooden strips. The outer frame is a rectangular frame including two horizontal tubes, two lateral tubes, four L-shaped iron-plate connectors, bolts, and nuts. The inner frame includes at least one horizontal connecting tube, a plurality of lateral connecting tubes, iron sheets, bolts, and nuts. The two sets of wooden strips are symmetrically disposed on the horizontal connecting tube and the horizontal tubes on both sides of the horizontal connecting tube and are parallel to the lateral tubes, to connect the horizontal connecting tube to the horizontal tubes. The invention is easy to assemble and disassemble and is safe and reliable.

    Abstract: A microwave coupling moisture content sensor and a method for deriving a linear regression correlation between signal data generated by a microwave moisture content sensor and moisture contents of objects are disclosed. The microwave coupling moisture content sensor includes a microwave resonator and a signal feeding member or a microwave emitting member. An object is placed outside the microwave resonator, and the signal feeding member or the microwave emitting member emits microwaves, which penetrate the object. The resonance frequency and the amplitude of the microwave resonator are measured to obtain the moisture content of the object. Several objects having known moisture contents are detected by the microwave coupling moisture content sensor to obtain corresponding resonance frequency and amplitude.

    Abstract: A tissue engineering material for nerve injury repair, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The tissue engineering material for nerve injury repair is an N-cadherin crosslinked linear ordered collagen scaffold. By crosslinking N-cadherin with a linear ordered collagen scaffold, the prepared tissue engineering material can efficiently induce migration of neural stem cells towards an injury region so that the neural stem cells are enriched in the injury region, and can effectively inhibit deposition of inhibitory factors such as chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan, promote differentiation of the neural stem cells into neurons, and then promote recovery of electrophysiological and motion functions. The N-cadherin crosslinked linear ordered collagen scaffold also has a stable ordered topological structure and excellent mechanical properties, and can be used to repair nerve injuries such as spinal cord injury.
