    Abstract: A method for flattening an impedance of a power delivery network includes capturing a set of impedance parameters, obtaining an impedance of the power delivery network according to the set of impedance parameters, defining a target impedance, performing an importance calculation to determine a port, obtaining an intersection frequency according to the target impedance and the impedance of the power delivery network, selecting a decoupling capacitor according to the intersection frequency, and disposing the decoupling capacitor at the port. The method can reduce the impedance of the power delivery network to the target impedance and flatten the impedance to avoid the rogue wave phenomenon.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides packet aggregation and disaggregation methods. In the packet aggregation methods, the protocol-independent packet processor (P4) switch stores plural message headers of plural packets in the ring buffer. When the plural message headers stored in the ring buffer reach a pre-defined amount of data, the P4 switch replaces the first flag header in the current packet with a second flag header so as to form a work packet. The egress pipeline of the P4 switch recirculates the work packet repeatedly, whenever it receives a work packet, a message header is extracted from a plurality of message headers in the ring buffer and added to the working packet for packet aggregation.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices of the present invention use a single Pseudo Noise (PN) code to modulate multiple orthogonal carriers by Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) modulation. The various embodiments enable closely spaced carriers to be modulated with the same periodic PN sequence using BPSK modulation. In this manner, even though the carriers may almost entirely share bandwidth, orthogonality of the carriers may not be lost, enabling the various embodiments to be used with limited bandwidth Intensity Modulated Continuous Wave (IM-CW) Light detection and ranging (Lidar), Radio detection and ranging (Radar), or Sound Navigation and Ranging (Sonar) systems. Additionally, by using orthogonal carriers the various embodiments enable measurements to be made simultaneously, thereby reducing the error compared to systems that require sequential measurements, such as pulsed Lidar systems.
