  • Publication number: 20040054951
Abstract: A testing system or method compares read data from one or more dies in a semiconductor wafer with the original data written onto the one or more dies The testing system includes one or more write registers connected to one or more dies on the semiconductor wafer. One or more comparators are connected to the dies and the write registers. The comparator generates a result in response to the original data and the read data.

  • Patent number: 6702589
Abstract: An apparatus for mounting a semiconductor device to a circuit board for testing is disclosed. The semiconductor device includes semiconductor circuitry and leads to connect the semiconductor circuitry to the circuit board. Additionally, the semiconductor device is decapped so that at least a portion of the semiconductor circuitry is exposed. The apparatus includes a frame and a fastener. The frame is adapted to mate with the semiconductor device, and forms an opening for accessing the semiconductor circuitry and an edge surface for receiving the semiconductor device. The fastener is connected with the frame for removably connecting the frame to the circuit board. By using a frame instead of a socket, the distance to the semiconductor device once the device is mounted to the circuit board, and particularly the top side of the semiconductor device, can be reduced so that the device may be tested using a probe.

  • Publication number: 20030202666
Abstract: A hand-held acoustic audio assistant receives exterior sound signals, and calculates and analyzes these signals to generate corresponding sound pressure/electrical signal levels and frequency spectrum. The results are stored in a memory unit or a memory card. The analyzed sound samples can be further directly heard via earphones. An acoustic audio specialist equipped with the hand-held acoustic audio assistant can thereby perform analysis for surrounding sounds in real time.

  • Publication number: 20030200670
Abstract: A multifunction acoustic/audio assistant includes a hand-held device body, a ruler, and all observation device. A rear side of the hand-held device body is provided with a measure face defined thereon to measure an intersection angle of microphones. The ruler is mounted onto a side face of the hand-held device body proximate to the measure face in order to measure the distance between the respective diaphragms of the microphones. The observation device is mounted onto the hand-held device body to determine the sound dispersion area and remotely observe distant events. The different tools demanded by an acoustic/audio specialist are thus integrated into the hand-held device.

  • Publication number: 20030044030
Abstract: A control device for mixing and positioning voices comprises at least one input audio channel controllers, at least one output audio channel controllers, and at least one preset changing main controller. Each input audio channel controller further comprises an input electric balance controller, an input to output connection controller; and a main controlling loop selector. Each preset changing main controller further comprises a change control button and a change selector. The voice output is set according to visual viewpoint and movement viewpoint. When a viewpoint of an image changes or movements, the viewpoint and position of the position are also changed. The setting of voice positioning must be designed to match the visual viewpoint.

  • Patent number: 6410243
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of identifying a region (one or more) of a genome of a cell to which a protein of interest binds. In the methods described herein, DNA binding protein of a cell is linked (e.g., covalently crosslinked) to genomic DNA of a cell. The genomic DNA to which the DNA binding protein is linked is removed and combined or contacted with DNA comprising a sequence complementary to genomic DNA of the cell under conditions in which hybridization between the identified genomic DNA and the sequence complementary to genomic DNA occurs. Region(s) of hybridization are region(s) of the genome of the cell to which the protein of binds.
