    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for global motion modeling. Embodiments include receiving a first image and a second image from a camera attached to a moving object. Embodiments include identifying a pixel in the first image. Embodiments include determining, based on one or more parameters associated with the camera, a vector representing a range of locations in which a real-world point corresponding to the pixel is likely to be found in the second image, wherein the parameters associated with the camera comprise: a first parameter related to a location of the camera relative to a ground surface; a second parameter related to motion of the moving object; and a third parameter related to an orientation of the camera relative to the ground surface. Embodiments include determining, using the vector, a location of the real-world point in the second image.

By controlling working detection heads to detect bacteria inside the bacteria accelerated incubator, detection results are transmitted to a processing work case through detection positioning brackets for analysis and processing, and data is displayed by a data display device, the staff can adjust parameters such as temperature, potential of hydrogen (pH), oxygen, nutrients, etc. of the bacteria accelerated incubator through displayed values, thus improving the work quality and efficiency.

The gold/quantum dot nanoprobe is a nanoprobe formed by utilizing gold nanoparticles and quantum dots, which are modified by single strand oligodeoxynucleotides (ssODN), to form double strand oligodeoxynucleotides in a base pairing hybridizing mode and assembling the gold nanoparticles and the quantum dots into a core-satellite structure. According to the present disclosure, the gold/quantum dot nanoprobe is used for detecting the active ricin, has a limit of detection of 7.46 ng/mL, is high in accuracy and good in reliability, and does not require large-scale equipment and complex operations. In order to further eliminate the false positive result, the present disclosure further provides a method for enriching ricin in a complex sample by utilizing magnetic beads.
