    Abstract: Implementations of the disclosure provide a video decoding apparatus and method for transform coefficient sign prediction on a video decoder side. The method may include receiving a bitstream including a sequence of sign signaling bits for a set of candidate transform coefficients. The method may further include generating a set of predicted signs for the set of candidate transform coefficients associated with a transform block of a video frame from a video. The method may also include decoding the sequence of sign signaling bits based on one or more contexts used to entropy-encode the sequence of sign signaling bits to obtain an indication of correctness of the predicted signs of the respective candidate transform coefficients. The method may additionally include estimating original signs for the set of candidate transform coefficients based on the set of predicted signs and the decoded sequence of sign signaling bits.

Adversarial behavior is modeled to simulate fraudster responses to detection models, employing a Stackelberg game framework. A logistic regression model is trained using a sum of top-K loss function to focus on the transactions with the greatest loss, enhancing the detection of fraudulent activity.

In the present disclosure, an induction coil is electrified by arranging a heating body to generate an alternating magnetic field such that eddies generate on an inner wall of a grinding cylinder in the induction coil, the grinding cylinder is heated by the energy of these eddies, making a grinding ball thermally desorb and decompose a harmful component, that is, dioxin in the fly ash through a high temperature when grinding the fly ash from the domestic waste incineration since a temperature in the grinding cylinder reaches 300-500° C. during grinding.
