    Abstract: A signal sending method includes: mapping, by a sending device, a first sequence onto M even-numbered subcarriers in 2M subcarriers, and mapping a second sequence onto M odd-numbered subcarriers in the 2M subcarriers, where the first sequence is one of a third sequence and a fourth sequence, the second sequence is the other of the third sequence and the fourth sequence, the 2M subcarriers are subcarriers on a same time domain symbol, and for elements of a second time domain sequence corresponding to the fourth sequence and a first time domain sequence corresponding to the third sequence at a same moment, when a complex factor is taken out, one of the first time domain sequence and the second time domain sequence is an in-phase component, and the other is a quadrature component; and transforming sequences mapped onto the 2M subcarriers to a time domain to generate transmit signals, and then sending the transmit signals.

A second signal, corresponding to and different from the received first signal, is transmitted by the second device to the first device. Information carried by the second signal corresponds to one of M state values. A first sequence corresponding to one or more subcarriers occupied by the second signal is directly proportional to a product of a preset second sequence and a third sequence in a state sequence set. Channel information of the radio channel is estimated by the first device according to the received first signal and the preset second sequence. The information carried by the second signal is determined by the first device according to the estimated channel information of the radio channel and the received first signal.

The UE establishes a RS based measurement according to the subset of the one or more RS resource configurations and an IM according to the subset of the one or more IM resource configurations. The UE then generates and sends to the network a CSI report in accordance with the CSI report configuration and using the RS based measurement and the IM.

It prevents the sequences highly correlated with the sequences of a specific length from appearing in other sequence groups, thus reducing interference, avoiding the trouble of storing the lists of massive sequence groups.

More symbols used for downlink transmission and more symbols used for uplink transmission than those in a frame structure in the prior art are introduced by introducing the first subframe, thereby improving downlink transmission and effectively reducing a value of k, that is, reducing a service delay in feeding back a HARQ-ACK.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information feedback method. A user equipment (UE) detects downlink transmission data in a received subframe. The UE sends a response message for the downlink transmission data to an access network device, where the response message is sent by the UE on an uplink symbol in a Kth subframe after the received subframe, K is the same for any subframe arrangement in a TDD system, and K is a positive integer. The embodiments of the present disclosure are applied to the TDD system. An ACK or NACK feedback time is reduced, thereby greatly reducing a HARQ delay and meeting a transmission requirement for an ultralow delay.
