    Abstract: A display substrate, a method of manufacturing the display substrate, and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate, a plurality of sub-pixels, a gate driving circuit, a plurality of input contact pads, a plurality of output contact pads and a contact pad insulating layer. Surfaces of the input contact pads away from the base substrate and surfaces of the output contact pads away from the base substrate are exposed from the contact pad insulating layer. The contact pad insulating layer includes a first portion having a first thickness and a second portion having a second thickness smaller than the first thickness. Edges of the input contact pads and edges of the output contact pads are covered by the first portion. The second portion is located in the region between the input contact pads and the output contact pads.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a software defined network publish-subscribe system and method. The software defined network publish-subscribe system comprises a controller, an administrator controller, a sequencing subsystem and a message multi-backup cache subsystem. The controller is configured to process publish-subscribe transactions in clusters, and comprises sequencing nodes used for generating ordered serial numbers for messages and cache nodes for caching the messages. The administrator controller is configured to simultaneously perform functions of the controller and manage software-defined network. The sequencing subsystem is configured to realize the cooperative sequencing between the administrator controller and the sequencing nodes. The message multi-backup cache subsystem is configured to realize the consistency of the messages through the administrator controller and the cache nodes.

The negative pressure wound therapy device is connected with a dressing, and comprises a housing, a control circuit board, a pump, and an aspiration conduit. The pump generates negative pressure. The pump may comprise a voltage-actuated deformation element (such as piezoelectric vibration element) to push fluid from an aspiration end to a discharge end. The aspiration conduit has a pump end and a dressing end. The pump end is fluidly connected to the aspiration end of the pump, and the dressing end is fluidly connected to the dressing used for covering a wound. The control circuit board is disposed in the housing, controls the pump to generate the negative pressure in the aspiration conduit, and applies negative pressure to the wound covered by the dressing via the aspiration conduit.
