    Abstract: A data synchronization method, system and apparatus are provided. The method includes receiving a request including data to be uploaded, from a client, and responding to the request after data is successfully obtained from the client, and storing the obtained data. For data whose size is less than a threshold value, a synchronization request is sent to a standby server to request the standby server to store the data. Otherwise a second type work log, including information indicating that data that has not been synchronized, is generated and stored. Data whose size is greater than or equal to the threshold value is not synchronized immediately, but is recorded in the work log. In some cases, data whose size is less than the threshold value, but fails to be synchronized, is recorded in the work log. Synchronization of this data may be subsequently completed according to the work log, so that the synchronization of this data can avoid affecting synchronization of other data.

    Abstract: A genetically engineered arginine deiminase reconstructed by site-directed mutagenesis belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering technology. Its amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID No. 1. In the amino acid sequence of the arginine deiminase reconstructed by site-directed mutagenesis, glycine at position 264 is mutated to proline, compared to an amino acid sequence of native arginine deiminase. Compared with wild type enzyme, the effective pH range effect of the mutated arginine deiminase according to the present invention is broadened to a certain extent, and especially a good enzyme activity is achieved at physiological pH 7.4. With the broadening of the effective pH effect range, the mutant enzyme still has higher stability under the condition of pH 5.5-7.5.

    Abstract: This invention is an image retrieval method based on bit-scalable deep hashing learning. According to the method, the training images is used to generate a batch of image triples, wherein each of the triples contains two images with the same label and one image with a different label. The purpose of model training is to maximize a margin between matched image pairs and unmatched image pairs in the Hamming space. The deep convolutional neural network is utilized to train the model in an end-to-end fasion, where discriminative images features and has functions are simultaneously optimized. Furthermore, each bit of the hashing codes is unequally weighted so that we can manipulate the code length by truncating the insignificant bits. It is also shown that the generated bit-scalable hashing codes well preserve the discriminative powers with sorter code lengths.
