    Abstract: A comb electrode structure including a plurality of first comb fingers, a plurality of second comb fingers and a first reinforced comb finger is provided. The first comb fingers and the second comb fingers are interlaced with each other. The first reinforced comb finger is located at the outermost side of the first comb fingers, and electrically connected to the first comb fingers. In an embodiment, the width of the first reinforced comb finger is greater than that of the first comb fingers. In another embodiment, the thickness of the first reinforced comb finger is greater than that of the first comb fingers.

    Abstract: An MEMS device and a composite substrate for an MEMS device are provided. The MEMS device comprises a first silicon structure layer and a second silicon structure layer fixedly connecting to the first silicon structure layer. The first silicon structure layer has a twistable rod and a first plane. The first silicon structure layer has a first crystal direction with a miller index of <100> and a second crystal direction with a miller index of <110>. The first crystal direction and the second crystal direction are both parallel to the first plane. The rod has an axis direction, which is parallel to the first plane and intersected by the second crystal direction. In this manner, the torsional stiffness of the rod can be improved.

    Abstract: A pressure control device for an inkjet pen. The inkjet pen is provided with a reservoir having a first opening and maintaining a back pressure established therein. The pressure control device comprises a bag, a pressure plate, an isolation member, a bias member, and an elastic member. The bag, disposed inside the reservoir, communicates with outside the reservoir so as to expand inside the reservoir. The pressure plate is disposed inside the reservoir and adjacent to the bag so as to move inside the reservoir. The bias member is disposed inside the reservoir and adjacent to the pressure plate, the isolation member, and the reservoir respectively such that the bag expands to move the pressure plate when the back pressure inside the reservoir changes, then the pressure plate moves the bias member so that the isolation member separates from the first opening.
