  • Patent number: 12263279
Abstract: Implants including non-resorbable frameworks and resorbable components, as well as methods of use thereof are disclosed. The embodiments include different combinations of a non-resorbable framework (in some case structural and in other cases non-structural), and a resorbable component embedded within and/or around the framework (again, in some cases structural and in other cases non-structural). The disclosed implants provide an efficient means of providing structural support for the vertebral bodies post-implantation, as well as encouraging resorption of the implant and fusion of the associated vertebral bodies without negative side effects and/or failure, such as subsidence of the implant or cracking/fracturing of a portion of the implant when implanted.

  • Patent number: 12265758
Abstract: A system and method for construction estimation using aerial images is provided. The system receives at least one aerial image of a building. An estimation engine processes the aerial image at a plurality of angles to automatically identify a plurality (e.g., perimeter and interior) lines in the image corresponding to a plurality of features of a roof the building. The estimation engine allows users to generate two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of the roof by automatically delineating various roof features, and generates a report including information about the roof of the building.

  • Patent number: 12252067
Abstract: A headlight system for a banking vehicle is provided. The headlight system includes a plurality of optical assemblies being arranged about an optical horizon and an optical vertical axis. Each of the plurality of optical assemblies includes an illumination source and an optical element. Each of the illumination sources is configured to direct light toward a corresponding one of the optical elements to produce an illumination region. The illumination regions combine to form an illumination pattern that includes at least one illumination region that is radial and is positioned relative an optical origin. The intersection between the optical horizon and the optical vertical axis defines the optical origin.

  • Patent number: 11987168
Abstract: A bank angle of a vehicle can be accurately calculated using yaw axis data and roll axis data, and based on the calculated bank angle, vehicle illumination optics can be controlled to maintain a pattern of distributed light from the illumination optics to be generally horizontal. The calculated bank angle may be zeroed when the yaw axis data equals zero. The improved pattern of distributed light from the illumination optics illuminates a more natural field of view for the vehicle driver during a bank.
