  • Publication number: 20240086742
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for creating and executing a decision network that includes a number of stations configured to operate with respect to an instance of a document, container or other object. A user interface may be presented to a user that includes selectable options for configuring and connecting stations within the decision network, and for establishing executable logic for each station to modify or create data within fields of a container instance. Different stations in the decision network may be assigned different permissions with respect to the container. Individual stations in the decision network may be configured to determine a prediction or probability based on data accessible to the given station, where the prediction or probability of one station may be based in part on an earlier prediction or probability determined at another station of the decision network.

  • Patent number: 11918330
Abstract: A occupant detection and monitoring system has a sensor unit having a radio wave transmitter, a radio wave receiver, and a wireless transmitter configured to detect and receive vital signs of an occupant; a user interface having a microcontroller, a wireless receiver configured to receive the wireless signals transmitted from the sensor unit, a means for user input, and a network card; and a means for alerting occupants and third-parties to a triggering event; wherein the microcontroller, based upon logic, activates the alerting means at the triggering event. The sensor unit may be a camera that detects the presence of an individual and register their unique heart rhythm for identification purposes. This camera can be installed at the entry points of a home, behind the counter of a business near a cash register or at a bank or any other place that desires to use surveillance as a form of security. The sensor unit may be a light bulb that comprises the components of the sensor unit.

  • Publication number: 20230039110
Abstract: A computer method of managing a workflow of scheduled nodes. The method comprises instantiating a computer instantiated mathematical model of workflow paths, wherein the mathematical model defines nodes to be scheduled, defines time-based anchors between the nodes, and sequence-based anchors between the nodes; for each workflow object, determining a workflow schedule for the workflow object by an application executing on a computer system, wherein the workflow schedule comprises a plurality of nodes and wherein the application determines the workflow schedule based on the time-based anchors and sequence-based anchors between nodes defined by the mathematical model; storing by the application context information about completion of the activities performed when performing the node associated with the workflow path of the workflow object; and changing the workflow schedule of the workflow object based on the context information about completion of the activities performed and based on the mathematical model.

  • Publication number: 20220221556
Abstract: A laser scanner determines the direction and distance of one or more targets by emitting two substantially parallel beams and receiving respective return beams. Components for handling the received beams are affixed to a monolithic block to ensure fixed relative placement. The direction of the target is determined using an optical encoder to reduce the timing window for interpolation to a fraction of the time it takes for the scanner to make a full revolution. A detection algorithm adapts detection thresholds for the different signatures of return signals depending on the distance to the target. Distance calculations are also adjusted for thermal expansion of the scanner components by including a temperature-variant thermometer output signal in the distance calculation algorithm. Target location and orientation information is used to adjust the location of ADAS calibration targets and perform the ADAS calibration process.

  • Patent number: 10806989
Abstract: A quick-release truck system includes a deck plate, a truck plate, and a locking mechanism for releasably locking the truck plate to the deck plate. The deck plate mounts to an underside of a deck of a rideable vehicle, and the truck plate mounts to, or is integrated into, an upper surface of a truck baseplate. The deck plate and the truck plate slidingly engage one another using vertically-staggered complementary coupling means. The coupling means may further be horizontally-staggered to create a tiered configuration. The coupling means include a combination of rails and grooves. Once fully engaged, the truck plate releasably locks to the deck plate. The deck plate and the truck plate may include cut-outs for weight reduction.
