Abstract: The present invention is a multifunctional workstation apparatus that includes a base table, a pair of attachment arms that are attached to the base table and a pair of extendible trays with a utilizable surface that are attached to the attachment arms. The apparatus also includes a storage bin disposed below the base table, one or more drink holders disposed on the base table and a remote control holder disposed on the base table. The apparatus can be utilized with a vehicle and can also include a stem and base attached to the base table to be utilized in a user's living room or den.
