  • Patent number: 11335426
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for targeted test fail injection are described. A memory device may include self-test circuitry configured to test one or more memory cells of a memory array. The self-test circuitry may be configured to store one or more addresses to fail during a test of the memory array based on an indication from a mode register of the memory device. The self-test circuitry may be configured to fail the stored one or more addresses regardless of the outcome of the test at the one or more memory addresses. For example, when an accessed address matches a stored address during test, the self-test circuitry may generate an indication that the accessed address has failed one or more tests of the self-test procedure. Based on the self-test circuitry failing the stored addresses, a test of the memory array may be validated.

  • Publication number: 20210053704
Abstract: A container carrier application system is provided. The system includes a controller, a conveyor, a container positioning device, and an application device. The conveyor conveys a plurality of groups of containers from a supply side to an output side. The container positioning device positions each group of containers for application of a container carrier, and the application device applies the container carrier to the group. A motion of the container positioning device and a motion of the application device are synchronized to coordinate a position of the group with a position of the container carrier to be applied to the group. The controller is configured to control a conveyance speed of the groups such that a gap is introduced between a first group and a second group as they are conveyed along the conveyor, the gap being spaced in a conveyance direction of the containers.

  • Patent number: 10528768
Abstract: Methods and apparatus to provide user-level access authorization for cloud-based filed-programmable gate arrays are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) including a first memory and a second memory different from the first memory. The first memory stores a bitstream. The second memory stores a first user tag associated with the bitstream. The example apparatus further includes a kernel having an FPGA driver operatively coupled to the FPGA. The FPGA driver is to receive a command associated with accessing the FPGA from a user-executed application. The FPGA driver is further to identify a second user tag associated with the command. The FPGA driver is further to determine whether the command is to be accepted based on the second user tag.
