    Abstract: An imaging element such as a photographic, electrostatic, or thermal imaging element is comprised of a support, an image-forming layer, and a transparent electrically conductive layer which includes an effective amount of poly(3,4-ethylene dioxypyrrole/styrene sulfonate). In a preferred embodiment, the poly(3,4-ethylene dioxypyrrole/styrene sulfonate) is dispersed in a polymeric binder.
