  • Publication number: 20250104336
Abstract: AR/VR display systems limit displaying content that exceeds an accommodation-vergence mismatch threshold, which may define a volume around the viewer. The volume may be subdivided into two or more zones, including an innermost loss-of-fusion zone (LoF) in which no content is displayed, and one or more outer AVM zones in which the displaying of content may be stopped, or clipped, under certain conditions. For example, content may be clipped if the viewer is verging within an AVM zone and if the content is displayed within the AVM zone for more than a threshold duration. A further possible condition for clipping content is that the user is verging on that content. In addition, the boundaries of the AVM zone and/or the acceptable amount of time that the content is displayed may vary depending upon the type of content being displayed, e.g., whether the content is user-locked content or in-world content.

  • Publication number: 20250097343
Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system perform key moment-based snippet creation. The method comprises locating, automatically via at least one processor, a key moment of a call in a representation of the call and creating, automatically via the at least one processor, a snippet of the representation of the call based on the key moment located. The snippet includes the key moment and context for the key moment. The context includes a lead portion and a lag portion. The lead portion precedes the key moment, and the lag portion follows the key moment in the representation of the call. The key moment may be an utterance identified by an artificial (AI) model as having a positive or negative impact on an outcome effectuated by the call. The snippet, including the key moment, may serve as a learning tool to coach a user in a manner that improves an outcome of a next call. Such coaching may be referred to as AI-driven coaching.

  • Patent number: 12248108
Abstract: A phase-contrast imaging detector includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes a detection material that generates a measurable parameter in response to X-ray photons. Each pixel also includes a plurality of sub-pixel resolution readout structures. The sub-pixel resolution readout structures are in an alternating pattern with a spacing therebetween that is larger than a frequency of a phase-contrast interference pattern but small enough to enable charge sharing between adjacent sub-pixel resolution readout structures when an X-ray photon hits between the adjacent sub-pixel resolution readout structures. The phase-contrast imaging detector also includes readout circuitry configured to read out signals from the plurality of sub-pixel readout structures. The plurality of sub-pixel resolution readout structures includes two or more electrodes having alternating arms that form an interleaved comb structure.
