Abstract: A physical exercise assembly includes a bar that may be gripped thereby facilitating the bar to be manipulated during the performance of physical exercise. The bar may be coupled to a pair of resilient bands thereby facilitating the bar to pose resistance to a user when the bar is manipulated. A pair of grips is provided. Each of the grips is slidably coupled to the bar and each of the grips may be manipulated. Each of the grips is spaced from a center of the bar.
