Abstract: Methods and systems provide for resolving domain names by employing a proxy server between the client device and the resolving server. The methods and systems may maintain user privacy by the proxy receiving the client identity and an encrypted domain name. After substituting an arbitrary query identifier for the client identity in the resolution request, the proxy forwards the anonymized resolution request to the resolving server. In return the proxy receives an encrypted internet protocol (IP) address with the arbitrary query identifier, which the proxy associates with the client identity and forwards the encrypted IP address to the client for decrypting. Methods and systems provide for receiving an assessment of a full uniform resource locator (URL) in a browser session in advance of the browser accessing the URL. Methods and systems further prevent the re-use of passwords.

The available applications request message includes an access device type identifier. The method also includes determining whether an association exists between the access device type identifier and one or more application identifiers of a plurality of application identifiers stored on the user device. The plurality of application identifiers respectively correspond to different applications on the user device. The method also includes transmitting, by the user device, to the access device, based in part on whether the association exists, an available applications response. The available applications response includes the one or more application identifiers of the plurality of application identifiers associated with the access device type identifier.

Abstract: There is described a method for transmitting a transaction message from a transaction device having a transaction device identifier. The method involves encrypting, at a transaction device, a transaction device identifier, generating, at the transaction device, a transaction message for a transaction system, the transaction message comprising, at least, a first data field configured to hold a transaction device identifier and a second data field configured to hold supplementary data, and sending the transaction message to a transaction processing system. The generation of the transaction message comprises providing data in the first data field of the transaction message that does not identify the transaction device and providing the encrypted transaction device identifier in the second data field of the transaction message.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided that employ a client side browser application and server side website applications that use optimization, prefetching, and caching of user interactions. These are used in combination with mouseover callouts to provide browsable search result refinements and additional product information. The systems and methods can be applied to site search applications and site-wide navigation and can be integrated with web analytics solutions to optimize the user interface and information provided based on real time end user browsing trends.

Abstract: One or more medical devices are configured to connect to a predetermined temporary provisioning network of a healthcare organization, the temporary provisioning network being different than a healthcare network of the healthcare organization. After the devices are received by the healthcare organization, and powered up for the first time, device identifiers corresponding to the medical devices are received at a server remote from the healthcare organization, from the temporary provisioning network, together with an indication that the medical devices are requesting access to a management server within a healthcare network of the healthcare organization.

Abstract: A system for dispensing product-filled containers in which the containers are filled prior to labeling, so that any container may filled at any dispensing station. The system includes multiple dispensing stations, both manual and automated, disposed adjacent a conveyor. Automated dispensing stations include quantities of products, fillable product containers, and a labeling assembly. Each dispensing station dispenses a predetermined quantity of products into a container and labels the container for transport via an exit conveyor to the main conveyor. Carriers are delivered via the main conveyor into a container carrier queue lane, where a sensor reads the RFID before a filled, labeled container is deposited into the carrier. A sensor reads the label bar code and transmits the bar code and RFID information to the computer database, mating the carrier with the filled container. System software load balances the components of an order by routing them to different dispensing stations.

Abstract: Improvements in an airsoft kit to convert an airsoft gun to fire paintballs is disclosed. The airsoft kit to convert an airsoft gun to fire paintballs to fire paintballs. The firing of paintballs can be with firing individual paintballs, a burst of about three paintballs successive paintballs rapid fire as paintballs are sprayed in a general area of an opponent. The kit converts an airsoft gun to fire paintballs to handle feeding either airsoft projectiles or paintball projectiles depending upon the installed kit. The kit allows for a user to purchase a single reliable gun that can be used for either activity and then install or remove a fit that allows the gun to be used in either of the two activities. The conversion requires little or no tools and can be performed in the field as the user prepares for their next combat.

A determination is made to store the electronic information on a second storage medium that is more accessible to the access requestors. The determination is based on an anticipated demand of the access requestors for the electronic information. The anticipated demand is determined based at least on information that is not particular to any single access requestor. The electronic information then is stored on the second storage medium and the access requestors are provided access to the electronic information from the second storage medium.

The electromagnetic machine has a moving body associated with power in the mechanical state and the machine segment is associated with a portion of a power of the electromagnetic machine. The machine segment includes a first portion and a second portion electrically connected to form a modular electrical circuit. The first portion includes a machine winding associated with power in an AC electrical state. The first portion and the moving body are collectively configured to convert power between the mechanical state and the AC electrical state. The second portion includes a converter that converts power between the AC electrical state and a DC electrical state. The second portion is configured to be electrically connected to an electrical circuit external to the machine segment, and transfer power in the DC state to and/or from the machine segment.
