  • Publication number: 20190311792
Abstract: An application system capable of providing a continuation of care for a user. This is achieved through the assessing of medication compliance, assessing medical testing compliance and providing appropriate care suggestions. The system incorporates medication reminder, medication compliance analytics and the capacity to provide responses to user specific medication inquiries. The system also incorporates medical test assessment capabilities and the capacity to provide basic medical testing protocols. Additionally, as medication and medical testing data are collected, processed and analyzed, they are stored in a zero-click fashion with results being rapidly presented back to the user via an interactive avatar. These data can also be provided in standard of care summaries to users, HIPPA compliant third parties and/or medical care providers.

  • Publication number: 20190272815
Abstract: A system for reducing far-field noise produced by well operations includes a passive sound barrier shielding an area, in which the well operations are performed, in an open-air environment. The system further includes a sound sensor to receive near-field noise from the well operations. The system further includes an analysis module, coupled to the sound sensor, to generate an anti-noise signal. The system further includes active anti-noise generators, coupled to the analysis module, to generate anti-noise, based on the anti-noise signal, that destructively interferes with noise from the well operations outside of the passive sound barrier at a predetermined distance from the passive sound barrier. The analysis module generates the anti-noise signal based on the near-field noise, the predetermined distance, and adjustable positions and orientations of the active anti-noise generators.

  • Publication number: 20190249652
Abstract: A pumping system pumps material downhole, for example, to perform a fracturing operation. The pumping system comprises one or more variable speed engines, one or more variable displacement hydraulic pumps and one or more intensifiers. According to the desired or required load, the speed of the engine is set at an optimal or most efficient operating speed. The volumetric displacement of the variable displacement hydraulic pump is set to provide the desired output volume and pressure of the material from the intensifier. Varying the speed of the engine and the volumetric displacement of the variable displacement pump allows for the pumping system and in particular the engine to operate at an optimal efficiency which reduces at least fuel costs and wear and tear on components.

  • Publication number: 20190162871
Abstract: A system for determining characteristics of a fracture can include electromagnetic sensors and a pressure sensor. The electromagnetic sensors can be positioned in a wellbore having a perforation to determine an amount of flow traversing the perforation into a fracture zone. The electromagnetic sensors can include a first electromagnetic sensor positioned in a first segment of the wellbore that is closer than the perforation to a surface of the wellbore. The electromagnetic sensors can also include a second electromagnetic sensor that is positioned in a second segment of the wellbore that is farther than the perforation from the surface of the wellbore. The pressure sensor can be positioned in the wellbore for detecting a pressure wave generated by the flow. The pressure wave and the amount of the flow traversing the perforation can be used to determine a characteristic of a fracture in the fracture zone.

  • Publication number: 20190153845
Abstract: In downhole tools and methods related to stimulation of subterranean formations are provided. The tools and methods utilize electrically ignitable propellant to generate gas downhole that is used to generate or enhance fractures. The electrically ignitable propellant can be ignited applying electrical power to a pair of electrodes associated with the propellant. Subsequently, the ignition can be halted by ceasing to supply the electrical power. Thus, allowing for the control of the amount and location of generated gas.

  • Publication number: 20190155306
Abstract: An autonomous vehicle (AV) includes a vehicle computing system including one or more processors configured to receive map data associated with a map of a geographic location, determine, based on the map data, that the AV is on a coverage lane, and, in response to determining that the AV is on the coverage lane, control the AV to maintain at least one functionality associated with a fully-autonomous mode. The map includes (i) a coverage lane where the AV can operate and/or travel under a partially-autonomous mode or a manual mode, and (ii) an AV lane where the AV can operate and/or travel under the fully-autonomous mode. • Patent number: 10294045
Abstract: In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, systems and methods for using containers of bulk material along with a bucket conveyor system, instead of a pneumatic transfer process, to move the bulk material from a transportation unit to a storage/delivery system are provided. A transportation unit may deliver one or more containers full of bulk material toward a fill hopper of the bucket conveyor system. The containers may be positioned proximate the fill hopper to release the bulk material directly into the fill hopper. The bucket conveyor may deliver the bulk material from the fill hopper into the storage/delivery system. Since the containers are maneuverable into a position to output bulk material directly into the fill hopper and without pneumatic transfer, the bucket conveyor system may enable a cleaner and more efficient bulk material transfer at the site.

  • Publication number: 20190070575
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for mixing proppant and other solids with one or more fracturing fluids to form a fracturing slurry, and for delivering the fracturing slurry to a wellbore. In the example systems as described herein, the proppant is mixed with the fracturing fluids through an assembly that limits the number of pumps that are required to move the relatively abrasive proppant]containing fluids. Additionally, in the example systems, the proppant is mixed within enclosed structures, thereby minimizing the escape of dust and other particulates into the surrounding atmosphere and onto the equipment at the well site.
