The first electrode is formed on an entire surface of the first substrate, and the organic light emitting patterns are disposed on the first electrode. The first spacer corresponds to the organic light emitting pattern and is disposed on the first electrode. The second electrode covers the organic light emitting patterns and the first spacer. The second display substrate includes a second substrate, and a first driving signal delivery part. Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel is fabricated with a reduced number of mask processes and includes a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate and a color filter array substrate. The TFT array substrate includes gate and data lines insulatively crossing each other to define a pixel area, a TFT provided at the crossing of the gate and data lines, a passivation film protecting the TFT, a pixel electrode partially overlapped by the TFT, a gate pad connected to the gate line, and a data pad connected to the data line. The gate line, the gate and data pads, and the pixel electrode include a transparent conductive material. A gate metal material is on the transparent conductive material where the TFT partially overlaps the pixel electrode. The passivation film over the gate and data pads is removed to expose the transparent conductive material included within the gate and data pads.

Abstract: A thin film transistor substrate and a fabricating method thereof for simplifying a process are disclosed. In a liquid crystal display device according to the present invention, a gate line is provided on a substrate. A data line crosses the gate line with having a gate insulating film therebetween to define a pixel area. A thin film transistor includes a gate electrode connected to the gate line, a source electrode connected to the data line, a drain electrode opposed to the source electrode and a semiconductor layer for defining a channel between the source electrode and the drain electrode. A pixel electrode is connected to the drain electrode and is provided at said pixel area. Herein, said data line, said source electrode and said drain electrode have a double-layer structure in which a source/drain metal pattern and a transparent conductive pattern are built. Said pixel electrode is formed by an extension of the transparent conductive pattern of the drain electrode.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a spray-dried composition comprising as an active ingredient at least one member protein of the collectin family or its functional equivalent for treating and preventing microbial infectious diseases. The present invention also relates to a method for producing the same composition. The composition produced by the method of the present invention is effective in suppressing infections caused by viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites. Since the composition is developed in a form suitable for inhalation, it can directly provide the active ingredient to the sites of infection from these microbes, and thus treat and prevent respiratory infections and external wounds.

The output terminal processor manages a Layer 2 Address Table by dividing the Layer 2 Address Table into a layer 2 indirect address table and a layer 2 direct address table and by managing them. The indirect address table is directly indexed in the Next-hop Table of the input terminal processor table. The direct address table is composed of a hashing table for a destination IP address. Therefore, the system efficiency can be improved by reducing the memory which is used for storing the forwarding information table occupied by the forward processor and by reducing the IPC message between the control processor and the forwarding process.
