  • Patent number: 9853037
Abstract: Some embodiments include an integrated assembly with a semiconductor channel material having a boundary region where a more-heavily-doped region interfaces with a less-heavily-doped region. The more-heavily-doped region and the less-heavily-doped region have majority carriers of the same conductivity type. The integrated assembly includes a gating structure adjacent the semiconductor channel material and having a gating region and an interconnecting region of a common and continuous material. The gating region has a length extending along a segment of the more-heavily-doped region, a segment of the less-heavily-doped region, and the boundary region. The interconnecting region extends laterally outward from the gating region on a side opposite the semiconductor channel region, and is narrower than the length of the gating region. Some embodiments include methods of forming integrated assemblies.

  • Publication number: 20170349330
Abstract: A multiple-opening container is configured to facilitate the simultaneous opening of two or more material containing compartments, thus allowing for the material contents within the multiple containing compartments to be suitably mixed upon pouring into another container. As a result of the simultaneous opening and pouring ability facilitated by the multiple-opening container, the time for mixing of multiple materials, such as beverages, fluids, powders or other like contents, can be suitably reduced. In addition, the de-carbonization and/or deterioration or other side affects caused from pre-mixing of the contents can be eliminated. In accordance with another exemplary embodiment, engagement portion can comprise a snap clip and a ring portion configured for sealed coupling to a material containing compartment. Second compartment can be suitably filled within beverages or other materials, and then positioned within the container portion and sealed or otherwise coupled by the engagement portion.

  • Patent number: 9830051
Abstract: According to an example computer-implemented method, shared media content is presented to a plurality of users during a collaborative session, with the session including a plurality of events. A breadcrumb trail of events occurring during the collaborative session is created. For each of the events, a descriptor is determined for the event, and the event is tagged in the breadcrumb trail with the descriptor. Responsive to receipt of a descriptor selection, a filtered breadcrumb trail including only events tagged with the selected descriptor is presented.

  • Patent number: 9816350
Abstract: A ported sub is operated with a pressure actuated shifting sleeve. A first rupture disc is set at a lower pressure than the test pressure for the tubing string that houses the ported sub. The first rupture disc breaks at a lower pressure than the string test pressure to expose well fluids to a disintegrating plug. The plug slowly disintegrates to then expose tubing pressure to a chamber and a second rupture disc with the chamber configured to have no effect on moving the sliding sleeve. When the tubing pressure is then raised to a predetermined pressure below the test pressure for the string, the second disc breaks exposing a piston to tubing pressure on one side and trapped low pressure being the opposite side of the string. The differential moves the sleeve to open a port to let tools be pumped into position without a need to perforate.

  • Publication number: 20170252772
Abstract: A temperature manipulated viscosity control module for stabilizing fluid viscosity in dispensing applications at (or near) the point-of-application. Connected to a central heating/cooling supply unit, the module both senses temperature and viscosity (and, in the case of waterborne materials, pH as well) and regulates the viscosity of the fluid being dispensed by manipulating the temperature of that fluid. This configuration is a combination of technologies applied together to maintain consistent temperature of the fluid and the sensors to assure that process conditions are consistent for measurement, control, and application.
