  • Publication number: 20190321677
Abstract: The present invention relates to a weighted garment which allows a user to incrementally add weights to such garment, the weighted garment comprising (a) a support structure with an outer surface and an inner surface; and (b) a plurality of weight cells disposed in a plurality of weight cell pockets which are disposed on the support structure and aligned with specific muscle groups. Such a weighted garment may also comprise at least one physical treatment modality selected from the group consisting of heat, cooling, and electrical current. The weight cells are strategically placed on the support structure to align the body and gradually develop and safely increase strength while preventing injury; maximizing balance, strength, and development of the muscles and connective tissue in the body; and allowing the user to move, without movement impedance.

  • Patent number: 10419850
Abstract: A microphone assembly for a musical instrument. The microphone assembly includes a microphone housing having a longitudinal axis, a microphone capsule arranged at a first end of the microphone housing, and a baffle statically mounted to the first end of the microphone housing, such that the microphone capsule is arranged in the baffle. The baffle, when statically arranged in proximity to a dynamically moveable surface of the musical instrument, is operable to create a high sound pressure zone between a surface of the baffle and the dynamically moveable surface of the musical instrument. A diaphragm of the microphone capsule is approximately co-planar with at least a portion of the surface of the baffle surrounding the microphone capsule.
