    Abstract: A method and device for determining the depth and fluorophore concentration of a fluorophore concentration below the surface of an optically absorbing and scattering medium suitable for use in fluorescence-based surgical guidance such as in tumor resection is described. Long-wavelength stimulus light us used to obtain deep tissue penetration. Recovery of depth is performed by fitting measured modulation amplitudes for each spatial frequency to precomputed modulation amplitudes in a table of modulation amplitudes indexed by optical parameters and depth.

The entirety of an anterior portion of the peripheral side wall can serve as the antenna for the wireless earpiece. The entirety of a posterior portion of the peripheral side wall can serve as a grounding element for the wireless earpiece. The grounding element can also extend to include portions of the inferior and superior portions of the peripheral side wall.

    Abstract: Assets of broadcast network content are targeted to network users of interest based on location information regarding user equipment devices. Asset providers can specify location targeting criteria via a graphical user interface displaying mapping information. This location targeting criteria can then be compared to location information regarding user equipment devices so that assets are delivered to appropriate devices. The comparison of the location targeting criteria to the device location information can be performed at the user equipment devices or at another location. In the latter case, the assets can be addressed to appropriate user equipment devices or appropriate user equipment devices can be directed to select the asset, which is broadcast via the network. In this manner, assets can be targeted to individual network users on a basis independent of network topology.

A service provider requests to add a first update to the compliance log, the first update indicating that a compliance action has been taken. The first update is added to the compliance log, and a first computational digest of the compliance log is added after adding the first update. An auditor of the compliance action requests to add a second update to the compliance log. The second update is added to the compliance log, and a second computational digest of the compliance log is added after adding the second update. Thereby, the user is provided a more current view of audit compliance that that can be trusted based on the tamper-proof compliance log.

    Abstract: An HVAC system includes a single compressor, a pair of condensers, a reheat heat exchanger, an evaporator, and an expansion device. Within the system, the refrigerant exiting the compressor is separated into two portions. In the cooling mode, the first and second portions of the refrigerant are directed from the compressor through the two condensers in parallel. In the reheat mode, the first portion of the refrigerant is directed through the first condenser, while the second portion of the refrigerant is directed through the reheat heat exchanger. The system also may include a head pressure control device that is designed to maintain the compressor discharge pressure within a desired range by adjusting the condenser fan speed.
