  • Publication number: 20230088389
Abstract: A wash tool comprises a mandrel with a central annulus and one or more lateral bores and one or more ring-shaped rotary hubs positioned about the mandrel adjacent to the one or more lateral bores. The rotary hubs comprise lateral bores perpendicular to the lateral bores of the mandrel such that pressurized fluid introduced to the central annulus of the mandrel impacts the inner surface of the rotary hubs and forces them to rotate, delivering pressurized fluid to the inner surface of a wellbore or tubular. The wash tool is modular and can be attached to a top sub or bottom sub, and may be used with or without a wireline. When used with a wireline, the wireline is insulated from the wash fluid by means of a tie-back and multiple seals.

  • Publication number: 20220402236
Abstract: The present disclosure provides for composite textiles that can include a coating layer that is compatible with textiles such as those comprising polyolefins. The coating layer, as well as the precursor coating layer composition, the coating mixture, or resin composition used to form the coating layer, include a mixture of a polyolefin resin and a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It is believed that the use of the coating layer in the disclosed composite textiles can promote better bonding between other components or materials used in articles, such as articles of footwear or articles of clothing, while resisting or preventing creasing and bagging. This allows the use of cost-effective materials such as polyolefins in the composite textiles that have adequate physical and mechanical properties, while also having sufficient chemical bonding properties.

  • Patent number: 11530587
Abstract: A non-electric explosive device includes a primary body containing cutting material and including a primary charge positioned in the cutting material; an explosive body at a first axial end of the primary body and including explosive material; and a firing head at a second axial end of the primary body, the firing head including a firing pin secured at least partially inside the firing head via securing device, the firing pin comprising an activating end proximate the primary charge and a blunt end protruding from a distal end of the firing head. A force applied to the blunt end of the firing pin causes the firing pin to retract toward the primary charge and break the securing device so that the activating end of the retracting firing pin impacts the primary charge which ignites the explosive material that causes the cutting material in the primary body to travel radially outward.
