Abstract: The present latch apparatus includes a swinging piece having first and second independent latches or sliders sliding in first and second slots. The first and second sliders slide independently of each other. The first and second sliders engage an undersurface of an extension of a first object such as a gate. If either the first or second slider is engaged on the undersurface, the swinging piece is locked and is not swingable such that the first object such as the gate cannot itself swing away from a second object such as a barrier section. Only when each of the first and second sliders has been slid beyond the undersurface can the swinging piece swing to permit the first object such as the gate to be released and thus swingable itself relative to the second object such as the barrier section.

The three unit barrier includes a first end frame as a first unit, a second end frame as a second unit, and a gate as a third unit. The lower connection arrangement may include one or more of a mortise and tenon connection, clamp connection, swinging connection, flush and hidden connection, and telescoping connection.

The frame is a scissoring frame. The frame includes upper and lower junctions. The upper junction engages the sidewall. A strap engages the lower junction to a periphery of the floor, an inner portion of the floor, and the sidewall.

The swivel frame portion can be quickly engaged to and disengaged from the rocker frame portion. Each of the swivel frame portion and rocker frame portion is foldable to a compact form. Each of the swivel frame portion and rocker frame portion includes a hub portion, which hub portions are rotatable relative to each other and lockable relative to each other.

The respective catches engage and disengage each other through the employment of a vertical slide having the door catch. A finger receptor when pulled up in turn pulls up the vertical slide to disengage the catches. When in a down position, the finger receptor prevents the vertical slide from being pulled up.

The lock ring can include a plurality of irregular slots, configured to secure the snap receiver to a fabric. A distal end of each lock leg can be configured to pass through the fabric and through a first end of a respective slot of the plurality of irregular slots. A first rotation of the lock ring with respect to the snap receiver base can lock a distal end of each of the lock legs within a second end of the respective slot of the plurality of irregular slots.

Six support members interconnect the hubs. First and second support members pivotally engage each other at a first pivot. Third and fifth support members pivotally engage each other at a second pivot. Fourth and sixth support members pivotally engage each other at a third pivot. A child seat or lounger is engaged to the upper hubs. The frame folds out to an operating position and in to a compact position.

The clipper includes a first lever arm having a first portion coupled to the first support and a second portion having a first interfacing surface interfacing with the first actuation mechanism and a second lever arm having a first portion coupled to the second support and a second portion having a second interfacing surface interfacing with the second actuation mechanism. As the first and second actuation mechanisms are actuated, the clipper is brought from a first disengaged position to a second engaged position.
