Abstract: A double door gate apparatus having a frame, a main gate and a secondary gate, where the apparatus includes the unique features of a) a latch apparatus between uppermost framework members of the main gate and secondary gate, b) the latch apparatus being weighted to return to a normally closed position, c) each of the main gate and secondary gates having an inverted U-shaped piece engaging the bottommost horizontal member such that each of the main and secondary gates need to be lifted prior to being opened and prior to being closed, and d) a pair of hand wheels on a common shaft that work together to space the double door gate apparatus a desired distance from a vertical surface such as a wall.

Abstract: A trunk lift assessment device includes a tower extending upwardly from a base; an arm extending outwardly from the tower, a gauge disposed at the tower, and an indicator coupled to the first end of the arm so that the indicator moves relative to the gauge when the arm is pivoted relative to the tower. The arm is configured to remain fixed relative to the tower when no external force is applied to the second end of the arm. The arm also is configured to pivot relative to the tower when an external force is applied to the second end of the arm.

A locking mechanism is coupled to the first panel and the second panel. The locking mechanism facilitates a widening of the gate by a ratcheting structure. The locking mechanism locks a position of the first panel and the second panel at a desired gate width.

Abstract: A game apparatus involving launching and catching of a game piece includes a pincer tool having first and second opposed members that are articulatable with respect to one another to capture the game piece between the articulatable members, and to also accelerate the game piece radially outwardly from a pivot region. The pincer tool of the game apparatus therefor acts to launch the game piece merely through relative articulation of the opposed first and second members toward one another while the game piece is in contact with both of the first and second members.
