    Abstract: A self-referencing spectral constraint-based spectral reconstruction method and apparatus, a device, and a medium are provided. The method includes: acquiring a total transmission matrix through a calibration; acquiring each observed speckle generated after target light passes through each filtering interval of a spectral filter to enter a scattering medium, where all observed speckles form a total observed speckle; forming a self-referencing spectrum based on total intensities of each observed speckle; and constructing a spectral reconstruction model based on a neural network and a physical forward process of the total transmission matrix, constructing a composite loss function based on a speckle intensity estimation error and a self-referencing spectrum error, and optimizing the parameters of the neural network via the composite loss function until convergence, thereby yielding an optimized neural network for spectral reconstruction for a given total observed speckle.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of power batteries and provides a battery cell, a battery, and a power-consuming apparatus. The battery cell includes an adapter with a protruding welding point and a covering member connected to the adapter. An accommodating cavity is formed between the covering member and the adapter to house at least part of the welding point. The structure allows the covering member to fit more closely to the adapter around the welding point, reducing suspension or detachment of the covering member. As a result, adhesion between the covering member and the adapter is improved, enhancing structural reliability and performance of the battery cell.

    Abstract: A nickel-iron catalytic material, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof in the hydrogen production through water electrolysis and the preparation of a liquid solar fuel (LSF) are provided. The nickel-iron catalytic material is prepared by using a soluble iron salt as a raw material and growing on a modified nickel substrate under mild conditions, and the nickel-iron catalytic material can be used in the industrial alkaline water electrolysis under harsh conditions. The nickel-iron catalytic material includes a nickel metal substrate and a catalytically-active layer with iron and nickel. When used to promote a water splitting reaction, the nickel-iron catalytic material can reduce the energy consumption per m3 of hydrogen production through industrial alkaline water electrolysis from 4.4 kWh to 4.01 kWh, thereby increasing the conversion of solar energy to methanol by 9.7%.
