Abstract: An exposure apparatus comprises a light source (1) and a diffusing sheet (2) provided below the light source (1), a side of the diffusing sheet (2) adjacent to the light source (1) is an incident face (21) and the other side opposite to the incident face (21) is an emitting face (22); the light emitted from the light source (1) enters the diffusing sheet (2) through the incident face (21), is refracted within the diffusing sheet (2), and after being diffused, emits out evenly throughout the emitting face (22). The exposure apparatus enables an evenly exposure of the photoresist on the substrate. An exposure method using such an exposure apparatus is also disclosed.

Abstract: A double-surface manufacturing method and an exposure apparatus in the manufacturing process of semiconductors and liquid crystal displays (LCD) are provided. In the exposure process, two masks in the exposure apparatus are subjected to alignment treatment; the substrate is conveyed to a position between the two masks in the exposure apparatus; and patterns of the two surfaces of the substrate are processed. The exposure apparatus comprises two masks, wherein a substrate to be processed is disposed between the two masks; and mask alignment marks are respectively disposed on the two masks. The embodiments of the present invention improve the accuracy of the patterns of the two surfaces of the substrate and the product quality in the double surfaces manufacturing of the substrate.

Abstract: A trans-reflective liquid crystal display array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The trans-reflective liquid crystal display array substrate (1) includes a substrate (11) and a thin film transistor (12) provided thereon. A black matrix (13) is provided on the thin film transistor (12) and a reflective layer (14) is located on the black matrix (14). The brightness of the liquid crystal display panel is increased by enlarging the pixel aperture ratio.

Abstract: Provided is a microfluidic chip, which comprises a substrate and a cover sheet, wherein a microreactor array is arranged on the substrate and comprises at least one main channel (401) and at least two micro cells (402) connected to the main channel (401). The microfluidic chip also comprises at least one local temperature control device, which is used for heating the main channel (401) or cooling the micro cells (402). The use of the microfluidic chip ensures uniformity and independency of the micro cells (402). Also provided is an application of the microfluidic chip in biological detection or medical inspection.

Abstract: The invention discloses a peeling liquid for a resist, which relates to an optical element and is used for removing the color resist and the protective layer on a color filter rapidly and efficiently. The peeling liquid for a color resist on a color filter comprises an alkali metal alkoxide with a mass percentage of 10-45%, an organic amine with a mass percentage of 10-30%, a surfactant with a mass percentage of 5-30%, a solvent with a mass percentage of 20-60%, and an alcohol with a mass percentage of 1-55% in terms of the peeling liquid for a resist with a mass percentage of 100%. The peeling liquid for a resist in invention is used for removing the color resist and the protective layer of the substandard product in a color filter.

Abstract: A method and apparatus using a programmed processor for electronic circuit simulation in which raw data containing both independent and dependent variables is acquired. That raw data is analyzed using an analysis method which generates relationships between the independent and the dependent variables. A mathematical model is created from those relationships and this is repeated for at least two different analysis methods. The statistical error between the raw data and the computed dependent variables is then calculated and the analysis method having the smallest statistical error with sufficient sample size is selected.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an asymmetric PCR amplification method, its special primer and application, aims to provide a simple, effective PCR amplification for preparation of single-stranded product. The asymmetric PCR primer of the invention comprises some PCR primer pairs, in which an unrelated nucleic acids sequence to target sequence to be detected is added onto 5?-terminal of one primer. The asymmetric PCR amplification provided includes the steps: 1) preparative denaturing; 2) repetitiously denaturing, primers annealing, extending cycles as the first stage of PCR amplification; 3) repetitiously denaturing, primer extending cycles as the second stage of PCR amplification, wherein an unrelated nucleic acids sequence to target sequence to be detected is added onto 5?-terminal of one PCR primer of each pair in extension.

The method can include a hotspot terminal allocating at least one wireless resource based on a hotspot ID obtained from a hotspot creation interface and broadcasting the hotspot ID; at least one data-sharing terminal connecting to the hotspot terminal using the hotspot ID, the data-sharing terminal capable of sharing data; when receiving a first data from the data-sharing terminal, the hotspot terminal transmit the first data to a data-sharing application server using the at least one wireless resource allocated to the hotspot ID; when receiving a second data transmitted from the data-sharing application server, the hotspot terminal broadcast the second data to the at least one data-sharing terminal using the at least one wireless resource allocated to the hotspot ID. The can allow a user to create a hotspot on a terminal to connect to a network to facilitate data share when no network access point is available.

When detecting an image being rendered on an image-rendering interface of its rendering application, a first terminal can obtain image information of the image being rendered and location information associated with the image information. The first terminal can transmit a first image data to a server, the first image data including the image information and location information. The server can transmit the first image data to a second terminal which shares images with the first terminal, the second terminal also equipped with an image rendering application. The second terminal can receive the first image data and render an image based on the image information at a location corresponding to the location data on an interface of its image-rendering application. This can facilitate image data sharing among multiple terminals.
