  • Patent number: 11547857
Abstract: Methods and devices herein are provided for managing atrial (A) pacing in connection with premature atrial contracts (PAC). The methods and devices obtain an atrial pace-on-PAC (APAC) interval and cardiac activity (CA) signals. The methods and devices are configured to: i) during a first cardiac beat; following a ventricular paced (VP) or ventricular sensed (VS) event, activate a timer for a post ventricular-atrial refractory period (PVARP) interval; and determine whether a first atrial refractory (AR) event occurs during the PVARP interval; ii) during a second cardiac beat; in response to the detecting that the first AR event occurred, initiate an APAC interval; during the APAC interval for the second cardiac beat, determine whether a second AR event occurs; and update a count of APAC events when the second AR event occurs; and iii) repeat i) and ii) for multiple cardiac beats, to track the count of APAC events.

  • Patent number: 11549846
Abstract: A sunlight exposure indicator device is disclosed that can determine the amount of time (e.g., hours) of PAR sunlight that occurs in a specific area for the optimal growth of a plant, as corresponds to the plant industry common designations of Full Shade, Partial Shade, Partial Sun and Full Sun. These designations can be used to determine plant selection for all types of plants including grasses, shrubs, flowers, vegetables and herbs, and trees. This device utilizes irreversible, slow-reacting, photochromic pigments applied to a substrate. Using multiple instances of this device will allow someone to easily test and accurately determine the amount of PAR sunlight (hours) received during a one-day sunlight cycle in multiple spots simultaneously. The sunlight exposure indicator device is a one-time-use, non-electronic, disposable device.

  • Publication number: 20230002807
Abstract: This invention provides ultra-sensitive methods and compositions for detecting patient-specific mutations from cell free nucleic acids (cfDNA) without sequencing. Methods of the invention make use of fluidic partitions for multiplex amplification of cfDNA and thereby create a library of uniformly amplified amplicons. The uniformly amplified amplicons can be split into any number of different detection reactions (while maintaining detection sensitivity) for single-plex detection of mutations present in cfDNA. These methods provide substantially improved signal to noise ratio and easier discrimination of low-abundance mutations.

  • Publication number: 20230005088
Abstract: In an approach for identifying troubled contracts using a health score, a processor receives a contract. A processor identifies a list of requirements of the contract using a first Natural Language Processing technique. A processor trains a model to recognize the list of requirements of the contract. A processor receives at least one deliverable document associated with the contract. A processor applies a plurality of health metrics to the at least one deliverable document associated with the contract to identify evidence of completion of each requirement of the list of requirements of the contract. • Publication number: 20230004582
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for associating data with non-material concepts that allows for subsequent searching and retrieval of such non-material concepts. A concept definition is received that defines a concept identifier used for identifying data associated with the concept, and a plurality of discrete stages of the concept. Retrieved data is analyzed to determine if the data corresponds to the concept, and to determine at least one discrete stage of the concept definition that the data corresponds to. The data is stored in association with the concept identifier and the at least one discrete stage to allow for subsequent searching and retrieval. When a search request relating to the concept is received, the data associated with the different stages of the concept can be retrieved and output in a manner to capture the holistic nature of the concept.
