The DAU includes an analog-digital converter for acquiring degradation detection data as digital data by converting the degradation detection signal from the sensor into a digital signal, and a microcomputer for determining a degree of risk by comparing the degradation detection data with at least one predetermined risk determination reference value, and outputting a control signal to the analog-digital converter to change a sampling rate and a report rate.
